  近年來,人類的心靈作用在各領域所造成的影響,已經引起越來越多各領域專家學者的重視與投入研究,國內許多著名的人體潛能研究(例如:手指識字、禪定、瑜珈、特異功能…等)也是屬於這方面的範疇。相關的研究指出,受測者如果能進入深層意識狀態,實驗會比較容易達到受測者所預期的影響效果。

  腦波儀是在探討意識狀態時最常使用的工具,透過適當的分析可以適度了解大腦各個區域的活動狀態,進而評估所處的意識狀態。

  一般研究心靈作用以腦波儀為主,另外輔以其他生理參數量測系統或設計問卷量表做為整個實驗的工具。分別在心靈作用啟動之前、中、後三個階段量測,並分析其過程中相關性及差異性,來討論心靈作用成功與否或其所影響的範圍與程度。

  本研究嘗試建構簡易意識狀態評估模型,並以量測末梢血流量作為判斷影響範圍,來初步探討心靈作用對於人體之影響。本研究所完成之系統有下列特點:紀錄靜坐練習過程中的生理參數、簡易評判沉靜意識狀態、簡易評估心靈作用的效應。
 In the recent year, the influences of the mentation on the human body have been paid more and more attention by the scientists in various fields. Many famous researches about the potential energy of human (for example, finger reading, Zen, Yoga, ESP, etc.) are the categories of the mentation. The related study shows that the result of mentation is closed to the expectancy when the consciousness state of the actor of the mentation is still.

 EEG is a common signal for investigating the state of consciousness. The state of consciousness can be estimated through appropriately analyzing the measured EEG of the various regions in the brain.

 Generally, the major instrument for the mentation research is EEG, and the auxiliary tools are the apparatus for measuring parameters of physiology or the questionnaire. To evaluate the effect of mentation or its influential range, the experiment is designed to analyze the relationship and the difference between the parameters of physiology, which measured before, after and in the process of the mentation.

 In this study, a simple type instrument for assessing the state of consciousness was established. The peripheral blood flow is used to judge the range of the influence on the human body. The system developed in this research has the following features: Recording the parameters of physiology during the meditation practice, conveniently gauging the altered state of consciousness, simply estimating the effect of the mentation.
