  由於全球的經濟型態已經由以「機器、技術」為基礎的“工業經濟”,轉向以「資訊」和「知識」爲基礎的“知識經濟”,如何有效地累積、儲存分享、使用及創新知識,已成為知識經濟時代中企業提昇競爭力必要條件之一。
  以往企業間之服務模式為提供產品與售後服務,服務之內容多著重於產品之售後服務,但是這些服務於“知識經濟” 與“協同商務”環境下稍嫌不足,因為顧客的需求除了產品本身之服務外,更期待企業能提供更多具有附加價值之服務,例如產品的相關知識,即本研究所提出之「產品知識加值服務」。
  為了協助企業導入「產品知識加值服務」,本研究提出一「產品知識加值服務導入模式」,及規劃一「服務平台系統架構」。服務平台系統架構中,以知識儲存區為重要基本元素之一,因此本研究將以「知識儲存區之架構設計」為研究重點,以期建立完整之知識庫內容。
  針對上述研究目的與項目,本研究提供了相關模式、方法、技術與系統,可作為產業導入「產品知識加值服務模式」之參考依據,以協助產業透過產品相關知識之運用創造更大的價值與提昇其競爭力。
  In the era of knowledge economy, to effectively create, transfer and apply knowledge to provide knowledge value-added service for the customers is believed as one of the key features for the success of an enterprise. Therefore, providing product related knowledge is the essential requirement for strengthening enterprise’s competiability.
  The purpose of this research is to propose a product knowledge value-added service model, and its system framework. To accomplish the purpose, the main task of this research is to design a knowledge repository for the knowledge value-added service model in order to store the knowledge content for sharing product knowledge with buyers, suppliers and partners.
  The proposed product knowledge value-added service model and related methodology, system framework and technology can be used as the guideline for enterprises to exert related product knowledge to enhance enterprise’s competiability.
