研究目的:本研究的主要目的是探討肌內效貼紮對股四頭肌和腿後肌急性肌肉疲勞以及對疲勞運動前後膝關節本體感覺的效益。研究方法:研究對象為20名一般大專排球校隊的球員。利用等速肌力測量儀,在膝關節角速度90度/秒下測量肌內效貼紮和未貼紮時股四頭肌和腿後肌最大肌力和肌耐力並以成對樣本t檢定 (SPSS 10.0) 分析。連續80下的等速運動同時為肌耐力的測量方法和肌肉疲勞的誘發運動。肌內效貼紮和未貼紮兩種狀態運動前後的本體感覺,是測量在膝彎曲15度、30度、60度主動關節角度復位的絕對角度誤差值,並以雙因子變異數分析。肌內效貼紮和疲勞對本體感覺的影響以成對樣本t檢定分析。結果:肌內效貼紮可顯著提升股四頭肌的最大肌力和肌耐力 (p < .05);但是在腿後肌的最大肌力和肌耐力則無顯著影響 (p > .05)。肌內效貼紮可顯著減少膝彎曲30度的絕對角度誤差 (p < .05),但對膝彎曲15度和60度則無顯著差異 (p > .05)。疲勞運動會造成膝彎曲15度的絕對誤差角度的增加 (p < .05),肌內效貼紮可顯著減少疲勞運動後膝彎曲15度的絕對誤差角度的增加 (p < .05),在其餘的兩個角度則無顯著差異 (p > .05)。結論:肌內效貼紮可提升運動員股四頭肌的肌力表現和肌耐力表現,藉此延遲急性肌肉疲勞的發生,並且提升膝彎曲30度的本體感覺及減少膝彎曲15度在疲勞運動後本體感覺的下降。
Purpose: This study was designed to determine the effect of Kinesio taping in acute muscle fatigue of quadriceps femoris and hamstrings muscle, and the effect of Kinesio taping on knee proprioception before and after muscle fatigue. Materials and Methods: Twenty players of college volleyball teams were recruited. With and without Kinesio taping, the maximal strength and endurance of quadriceps femoris and hamstrings muscles were evaluated at a genual angular velocity of 90 degrees per second by Biodex system 3 isokinetic Dynamometer. Eighty repetitions of maximal isokinetic knee flexion-extension exercise were used to induce fatigue, and muscle endurance was assessed at the same time. The proprioception of the knee joint was evaluated by measuring absolute angular error (AAE) of the active reproduction of joint angles at knee flexion 15, 30 and 60 degrees before and after fatigue protocol in two different taping conditions. Results: The maximal strength and endurance of quadriceps femoris were significant by increased with Kinesio taping (p < .05), but not hamstrings muscles (p > 0.05). The AAE of knee flexion 30° were significant by decreased with Kinesio taping (p < .05), but not at 15° and 60°. The AAE of knee flexion 15° were significant by increased after muscle fatigue (p < .05), and Kinesio taping significantly decreased the decline of the AAE of knee flexion 15° after muscle fatigue (p < .05). No significant change of the AAE for the other two different angles after muscle fatigue with Kinesio taping. Conclusions: Kinesio taping could increase the maximal strength and endurance of quadriceps femoris muscle , and therefore delay acute muscle fatigue in athletes. Kinesio taping could enhance the proprioception of knee flexion 30°, and decrease the fatigue-induced proprioceptional decline of knee flexion 15°.
