本文應用有限元套裝軟體MARC分析雙金屬圓管擠製問題。為瞭解MARC應用於擠製加工問題的妥適性及選用Cockroft-Latham 準則預測擠製加工之缺限產生的精確性,本文首先依據Chitkara與Aleem[4]之實驗結果驗證有限元素套裝軟體MARC對於雙金屬圓管擠製加工分析之可靠性,接著再依Ko等人[15]之實驗結果驗證有限元素套裝軟體MARC採用Cockroft-Latham準則預測對擠製及鍛粗加工破壞產生的精確性後,則進一步分析加工參數(模具半角、面積縮減率、摩擦條件、蕊材和環狀襯套強度比及面積比)對於蕊材破壞及環狀襯套破壞之影響。
This article uses the finite element soft MARC to analysis extrusion of bi-metal tube. In order to understand that it is suitable for using MRAC to analysis extrusion of bi-metal tube and adopting Cockroft-Latham principle to predict the fracture in extrusion process, first this article proves the trusty of the experiment result [4] in extrusion of bi-metal tube process by using MARC analysis. Secondly, this article proves the accuracy of the experiment result [15] in extrusion and upsetting process by using MARC analysis adopting Cockroft-Latham principle. This article analysis the manufacturing parameters like semi-die angle, the reduction of area, friction condition and etc. to counter with the effect of the core fracture and sleeve fracture.
