臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討雲嘉地區國民小學校長教學領導與學校效能的關係。本研究目的主要在探討：（一）國民小學校長教學領導的現況。（二）國民小學學校效能的現況。（三）雲嘉地區國民小學教師對校長教學領導行為知覺的差異情形。（四）雲嘉地區國民小學教師對學校效能知覺的差異情形。（五）國民小學校長教學領導行為與學校效能之關係。（六）探討國民小學校長教學領導各層面對學校效能各層面之解釋力。（七）依據研究結果，做為未來主管教育機關在研擬改進國民小學校長教學領導的建議。本研究所採用的方法為問卷調查法，根據有關文獻分析，編製的研究工具為「雲嘉地區國民小學校長教學領導與學校效能調查問卷」，玆將研究主要發現分述如下：
一、雲嘉地區國民小學教師所知覺到的「校長教學領導」與「學校效能」良好。
二、不同背景變項的國民小學教師所知覺到的「校長教學領導」差異情形不一。
三、不同背景變項的國民小學教師所知覺到的「學校效能」差異情形不一。
四、「校長教學領導」各層面與整體與「學校效能」各層面與整體有中度正相關。
五、「校長教學領導」各層面能有效預測「學校效能」各層面的表現。
最後，根據上述研究結論，對教育行政機關、國民小學及未來研究方向提出具體建議供參考。

The purposes of this study were: (1) to explore the status quo of instructional leadership of elementary school, (2) to explore the status quo of school effectiveness of elementary school, (3) to explore the difference of perceptions of principals’ instructional leadership among teachers, (4) to investigate the difference of perceptions of school effectiveness among teachers, (5) to understand the relationship between principal’s instructional leadership and school effectiveness of elementary school, (6) to explore if principals instructional leadership has predictive efficacy for school effectiveness, and (7) to make some recommendations for improvement of principals’ instructional leadership.
The research method employed in this study was survey method and literary analysis with a questionnaire entitled “Questionnaire to survey principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness in elementary schools”. The major conclusions were as following：
1.Awareness of principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness in elementary school in Yulin and Chia-yi Area is satisfactory.
2.There are significant differences of principals’ instructional leadership in teachers’ background variables.
3.There are significant differences of school effectiveness in teachers’ background variables.
4.The correlation between principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness was positive.
5.Principals’ instructional leadership is significant predictor of school effectiveness.
Finally, based on the results, several suggestions were made for the authorities of concerned and elementary schools’ principals and respective researchers.
