為解決學生在九年一貫課程暫行綱要與正式綱要頒布的過渡期間，沒有接觸到資訊倫理與資訊相關法律課程的問題，研究者進行資訊倫理與相關法律的教學，希望學生能了解資訊倫理、資訊相關法律等相關議題，並能培養正確使用網路的態度，最後更希望能促成研究者在教學上的成長。實施過程分為正式課程及補救教學兩階段共十節課。研究結果發現經過補救教學之後，學生對網路上的道德禮儀與智慧財產權等相關議題的了解有進步，學生大概都能了解網路智慧財產權和網路隱私權的基本概念，但不能分辨詳細的法律條文，也無法完全了解智慧財產權中合理使用的觀念。此外也發現採用案例的教學方式能吸引學生學習興趣，採專題報告的教學方式學生滿意度高，但學生專題報告的能力需長時間培養。學生會想在上電腦課時玩遊戲，另外為避免電腦教室頻寬不足的問題，教師可在課前讓學生安裝上課時需要用到的軟體。

This study intended to educate students about information ethics and information-related laws. Students were expected to understand these relative subjects and develop correct attitudes toward using network. Simultaneously, the researcher''s teaching skills could also be improved. Ten lessons were implemented in this study and were divided into two stages: formal curriculum and remedial instruction. This study found that students who had been given the remedial instruction could have better understanding of network related subjects such as morality, etiquette and cyberspace intellectual property rights. Students generally could understand the basic concepts of cyberspace intellectual property rights and cyberspace privacy rights, but they could not distinguish the detailed articles of the law and comprehend the conception of “Fare use” in the cyberspace intellectual property rights completely. Besides, we found that the case-based teaching approach interested students, and the project-based teaching approach could satisfy students. However, the students'' ability in accomplishing a project report needed more train and guide. To further smooth the instruction, the phenomenon that students desired to play games in the computer class should be dealt with. And installing the needed software and materials before the class would lighten the problems about bandwidth and shortage.
