本研究於2002年~2005年間按月收集台灣地區週邊水域魩仔魚漁業之漁獲樣本共117,763尾,並透過變方分析及排序測驗法,以了解不同海域之魚種組成及其混獲特性。
研究期間,台灣週邊水域魩仔魚漁業之魚種組成於時空間上有明顯的不同,在梗枋、枋寮、萬里及福隆海域以刺公鯷及異葉公鯷為優勢,淡水與新竹海域則以沙丁及刺公鯷之漁獲比率較高,而台中海域則以綾鯷及刺公鯷為優勢種類。
而在混獲率方面,隨著作業海域之不同而有所差異,其中淡水海域月別混獲率介於0.84~76.65%間,新竹、台中、枋寮及梗枋海域之混獲率則介於0.31~18.77%間變動,福隆及萬里海域之混獲率則低於8.49%。且各海域混獲魚種組成隨時空間之推移而有顯著之差異。淡水海域主要混獲魚種為狗母魚科、鰏科、鎖管、沙鮻、鰕虎魚科及鰺科;梗枋海域為沙鮻、鰏科、狗母魚科、鰕虎魚科、鯛科及天竺鯛科;枋寮海域為鰏科、鎖管、沙鮻科、狗母魚科、蛇鰻科、金線魚科及天竺鯛科;新竹海域為沙鮻科、鰏科、鯛科、臭都魚科、鯔科及大眼海鰱;台中海域為鰏科、湯鯉科、鰕虎魚科、鯛科及沙鮻科;福隆海域為雀鯛科、狗母魚科、鯔科;萬里海域則為鯛科、天竺鯛科、鰺科及鰏科。此外,除台中海域以外,各海域月別混獲種類均呈現顯著差異。
This study attempted to understand temporal and spatial species composition of dominant and by-catch fish larvae of larval anchovy fisheries during the period of 2002 to 2005 in coastal waters around Taiwan.
From the analysis of the larvae fish compositions in different coastal waters of Taiwan, it showed significant difference in different waters. In the Kengfan, Fangliao, Wanli and Fulong waters, the dominant species were Encrasicholina punctifer and E. heteroloba, while in the Tansui and Hsinchu waters then were sardine and E. punctifer, but in the Taichung waters then were Thryssa and E. punctifer.
The monthly by-catch rates of Tansui were 0.84%~76.65%. In the Hsinchu, Taichung, Fangliao and Kengfan were 0.31%~18.77%, while in the Fulong and Wanli were less than 8.49%. The compositions of by-catch larval fish varied spatiotemporal. Dominant species group of by-catches were Synodontidae, Leiognathidae, Loliginidae, Sillaginidae, Gobiidae and Carangidae in the Tanshui water, Sillaginidae, Leiognathidae, Synodontidae, Gobiidae, Sparidae and Apogonidae in the Kengfang water, Leiognathidae, Loliginidae, Sillaginidae, Synodontidae, Ophichthidae, Nemipteridae and Apogonidae in the Fangliao water, Sillaginidae, Leiognathidae, Sparidae, Siganidae, Mugilidae and Megalopidae in the Hsinchu water, Leiognathidae, Kuhliidae, Gobiidae, Sparidae and Sillaginidae in Taichung water, Pomacentridae, Synodontidae and Mugilidae in the Fulong water, and Sparidae, Apogonidae, Carangidae and Leiognathidae in the Wanli water. Except Taichung, it was also found the temporal variation of by-catch species composition in the different coastal waters around Taiwan.
