機器在運轉過程中,由於負荷周期性的變化,使得當機器轉速提高時,經常會衍生許多不良影響,諸如噪音和疲勞等現象。本研究探討平面連桿機構動態平衡問題,利用滑塊在連架桿上不但隨著連架桿作旋轉運動,滑塊本身也受凸輪控制沿連架桿作上下移動,給予不同的運動曲線如(擺線、簡諧、等加速和等速運動曲線)或同一運動曲線給予不同的組合如(上升-暫停-下降-暫停),即可適當的控制滑塊在一循環的運動狀態,進而改善平面機構的動態平衡之目的。
最後本研究利用MATLAB軟體在最佳化設計方法,來達到符合需求的最佳動力特性指標值。由最佳化設計之結果顯示,原始機構之震動力、震動力矩和輸入扭矩之均方根值可有效地降低。
During operation, machines increase shaking, noise, and fatigue in the increase of rotational speed. This paper studies on dynamic balancing analysis of plane linkages. By following different motion curves, a slider moves along the driving link. Every cycle consists of four different stages including dwell, rise, dwell, and fall. The results indicate that the proposed approach is feasible to bring down the dynamic characteristics index. Furthermore, optimization is employed to find out optimal design parameters for achieving kinematic and dynamic design requirements and constraints.
