The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of process fairness on multi-nationals’ ability to conceive and execute effective worldwide strategies. In the mean-time, the moderate effect of cultural difference and subsidiary’ strategic role is discussed. The result of this research provided strong support that the exercise of procedural justice will be significantly augment subsidiary compliance with multinationals’ strategic deci-sion. When subsidiary top manager believe that their multinational’s strategy making process is governed by principles of procedural justice, they develop a feeling that their unit was fairly treated in the decision process. Thereby, it brings about the improved implementation of worldwide strategies.
