臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要為探討泰國現今產業轉型與人力資源間之關係，加以與80年代的台灣相比較，從中去找出值得泰國借鏡的部份。

文初針對動機與目的，對於泰國的過去與現在提出一系列的問題與合理的懷疑，加以針對產業轉型與人力資源的預設提出正常的推論以確定兩者間的關係，方便日後研究。

本文中間部份針對泰國的產業經濟部份與人力資源部份的歷史做陳述，經由過去的部份來先找出問題所在，之後提出筆者本身的發現去深入探討。之後在第五章部份加入台灣部份，先針對80年代的台灣情形去做回顧，接著再將泰國與台灣部份相比較得出結論。

文末部份針對先前的研究去做整理，然後提出建議，供日後欲研究相關問題的人士提供參考。

The essay is to discuss that the relation mainly among industrial transformation and human resources development in Thailand， and will be compared with 80`s Taiwan to bring up the consultation to Thailand/

In the Chapter.1 to 2, the author will bring up some questions and reasonable suspects. Because of to discuss conveniently later, the author will bring up one reasonable ratiocination to confirm the relation mainly among industrial transformation and human resources development.

In the middle(Chapter.3 to 5), the writings will focus the histories among
the relation mainly among industrial transformation and human resources development, and to find out what questions exist. The author will bring up discoveries oneself to turn back checking the previous writing that is suitable or not.

In Chapter.5,the author will focus the situations of 80`s Taiwan to compare with Thailand at present.


In the final(Chapter.6), it will be written down the suggestions and the conclusion, and to give some people who discuss the relative subject some references.
