本研究旨在探討特教班老師對於中重度智能障礙學生性侵害防治教育課程內容之支持態度、自我效能、教導經驗、實施的困難及低、中、高年級課程內容安排之適配性的現況，並從教師的個人背景變項，探討不同背景變項在性侵害防治教育課程內容之支持態度、自我效能及教導經驗的差異，最後探討三者間是否有顯著相關。本研究採用問卷調查法，以自編之「特教班老師對國小中重度智能障礙學生性侵害防治教育課程內容之調查問卷」進行研究，以台北市國小特教班老師為研究對象，總共發出203份問卷，回收135份，有效問卷為106份，回收率為66.5％。
根據本研究之發現，可歸納以下結論：
一、在支持態度方面：特教班老師對於教導性侵害防治教育課程內容的支持態度傾向正
向。
二、在自我效能方面：特教班老師對於教導性侵害防治教育課程內容的自我效能約有七成
的把握。
三、在教導經驗方面：只有五成的特教班老師教導過此性侵害防治課程內容。
四、在實施的困難方面：特教班老師認為實施性侵害防治教育課程最主要的困難為學生方
面，其困難包括中重度智能障礙學生沒有足夠能力學習性侵害防
治教育的內容，及學生落差太大無法提供合適的教導；其次為社
會方面，則是社會環境提供學生太多污染的機會；第三為老師方
面，則是老師對性侵害防治教育的教材教法不熟悉及本身不知道
該如何向學生解釋性侵害的概念。
五、在課程內容安排方面：大部分的特教班老師都認為此性侵害防治課程內容應安排在
中、高年級的中重度智能障礙學生學習較為適當。
六、國小特教班老師的支持態度，因過去有無獲得性侵害防治教育資訊的相關經驗而有差
異，其中以「曾自行研讀性教育的書籍或上網查詢資料」的相關經驗者支持態度較為
正向。
七、國小特教班老師的自我效能，因性別及過去有無獲得性侵害防治教育資訊的相關經驗
而有差異，其中以「曾參加性教育的研習或演講」的相關經驗者自我效能較高。
八、國小特教班老師的教導經驗，因性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、任職特殊教育年資及過去有
無獲得性侵害防治教育資訊的相關經驗而有差異，其中以「曾參加性教育的研習或演
講」的相關經驗者教導經驗較豐富。
九、國小特教班老師在大部分的性侵害防治課程內容向度之支持態度、自我效能方面皆與
教導經驗呈現顯著相關，顯示特教班老師對教導性侵害防治課程內容的支持態度愈正
向及自我效能愈高者，他們的教導經驗通常較豐富。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the special education teachers’ behaviors of curriculum contents on sexual assault prevention education, such as course supporting attitude, self-efficacy, teaching experiences, implemented difficulties , and the goodness-of-fit in course contents for low, median, and high grade students with moderate/severe mental retardation. In addition, the differences among teachers’ backgrounds, supporting attitude, self- efficacy, and teaching experiences of curriculum contents on sexual assault prevention education, were investigated. This study adopted self-designed questionnaire “the questionnaire of curriculum contents on sexual assault prevention education provided by special education teachers for students with moderate/severe mental retardation in elementary schools”. The subjects were special education teachers in elementary schools of Taipei City. Of the 203 questionnaires disseminated , 135 were returned with 106 availabled , yield a return rate of 66.5% .
In accordance with this research, the findings were as follows:
1.Supporting attitude: The special educational teachers appeared
positive supporting attitude of curriculum contents on sexual
assault prevention education.
2.Self- efficacy: The special educational teachers showed 70% self-
efficacy of curriculum contents on sexual assault prevention
education.
3.Teaching experiences: It presented that only 50% of special
education teachers reported with the experiences of curriculum
contents on sexual assault prevention education.
4.Implemented difficulties: The implemented difficulties on sexual
assault prevention education could be divided into three
categories. In terms of students, the difficulties included that
the moderate /severe mental retardation students did not have
enough ability to learn the knowledge of sexual assault
preventing, and the capabilities of students were too different to
be taught at the same class. In terms of society, the environment
of society provided too many chances for students being
aberration. In terms of teachers, the teachers were not familiar
with the materials of sexual assault preventing education and did
not know how to explain the concepts for students.
5.Course contents: Most teachers suggested that curriculum contents
on sexual assault prevention education should be arranged for
median-to-high grade students with moderate/severe mental
retardation .
6.There was a difference between special educational teacher’s
supporting attitudes and the experience of acquiring sexual
assault prevention education related information. Teachers with
experiences in “self-studying sexual related books or searching
information from website” showed more positive supporting attitude.
7.There was a difference between special educational teacher’s self-
efficacy and the sex and the experience of acquiring sexual
assault prevention education related information. Teachers with
the experience in “attending sexual educational seminars or
lectures” appeared higher self- efficacy.
8.There was a difference between special educational teacher’s
teaching experiences and the sex, marital status, ages, years in
teaching special education related students, and the experience
acquiring sexual assault prevention education. Teachers with the
experiences in “attending sexual educational seminars or
lectures” appeared richer in teaching experiences.
9.There was a significant relationship between supporting attitude,
self- efficacy and teaching experiences of special education
teachers in the majority of curriculum contents on sexual assault
prevention education. It implied that if special education
teachers had higher positive support attitude and higher self-
efficacy of curriculum contents on sexual assault prevention
education, they were more likely have teaching experiences.
