隨著產品生命週期的縮短、全球化趨勢及顧客需求的多樣化等因素,企業單純追求自身成本、效率及品質的改善,已經無法有效提升競爭力,必須聯合上下游廠商作系統化的整合,因此供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM)受到極高的重視。現今的供應鏈環境對於運輸成本的描述都太簡略,而這種算法並不合理,所以本研究參考實際運輸狀況,將運輸成本複雜化,考慮車子負重、運送的距離、路徑的選擇、或將前置時間不合規定的排除。使其運輸成本更符合現實考量。
With the factors of shortened product life cycle, globalization and diversity of customer requirement, enterprises can’t enhance competition effectively by focusing on only their own cost, efficiency and qualities’, a possible improvement can be done by strategic with integration of upstream and downstream’s suppliers. Therefore, supply chain management (SCM) becomes the basis of any profit pursuing business.
Transportation cost is rough and simple in current supply chain environment researches. This research presented a the realistic and complex transportation scenario in which vehicle loading, transportation distance, selection route selection and lead times are included..
This research concludes that the increasing transportation cost is subsequent by the increasing scale of supply chain in traditional supply chain model. However, when we increase the lead times constraints, the complex model’s transportation costs are increased significantly and the cost increased rate is decreased. Once we increase the vehicle loading constraints, the complex model’s transportation cost keep increasing with fixed rate.
Otherwise, in VRP supply chain model, the rate of complex model’s transportation cost, which is caused by lead times constraint, with traditional transportation cost is decreasing when numbers of suppliers are decreased. The rate of complex model’s transportation cost in which is caused by increasing vehicle loading with traditional transportation cost is decreasing slowly.
