因為主軸與刀把結合介面之製造公差的關係,造成主軸在自動換刀後的隨機性變動不平衡量(不平衡量的位置與大小隨著更換不同刀把而隨機變動),無法利用離線式動平衡技術來校正,因此需要主軸機上動平衡技術。
撞擊式動平衡裝置,利用撞擊機構撞擊動平衡環,使動平衡環產生小角度之轉動,達到主軸機上動平衡的目的。此撞擊式機上動平衡裝置優點為構造簡單、體積小、製造成本低,加工製造方法簡單,能內藏於主軸。初步證實其機構設計的可行性。
本研究依其機構設計的概念,製作兩組撞擊機構,驗證撞擊機構的可行性及撞擊動平衡環的精度,然後架構整個動平衡系統,包括加速規及光電感測器訊號擷取、相關係數法、撞擊機構數位輸出,驗證撞擊式主軸機上動平衡系統。
Because of manufacturing tolerances of the tool-spindle interface,
cause random-variation unbalance after changing tool. It is unable to utilize traditional off-line balancing techniques,so need on-line balancing techniques.
Utilize impact-drive mechanism to strike the balancer ring, make it produce the turning of the small angle, achieve the purpose of the spindle balance. The advantage of the impact-drive mechanism is,the structure is simple , small , makes to be with low costs, the processing manufacturing approach is simple, can hide in the spindle inside. Verify the feasibility that his organization designs tentatively.
This study, in accordance with the concept which his organization
designs, make two impact-drive mechanism, verify the feasibility of the mechanism and Precision that the balancer ring rotates. Then erect the spindle balance system, including accelerometer and photoelectricity signal, Influence Coefficients Method, digital output to implementation of an impact-drive mechanism on the spindle balance.
