臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

　　2002年發生病人安全事件與SARS之後，在醫療過程中利用資訊科技「以病患照護」(patient-oriented)為導向，來避免或預防病人因藥物或醫護處置所造成不良的結果或傷害，包括錯誤（error）、偏誤（bias）與意外（accident），已是醫療產業除了專業性的疾病照顧之外，最重要的一環。隸屬長期照護體系的「安養機構」雖以安養為主醫療為輔，但在全球致力於提升病人安全的體制下，其照護品質與住民安全勢必成為下一波被社會所重視的問題。
　　RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）被列為全球十大重點科技技術之一，無線射頻辨識的興起在各行業與醫療產業已被多元化的應用。本研究試圖應用RFID定位的技術於安養照護機構中，在住民跌倒時發出警訊，提醒照護人員於第一時間抵達該定點給予醫療救護，將跌倒所導致的傷害程度降到最低，提高住民生命安全的保障，進而延續安養住民之生命。對安養機構而言則能掌握競爭優勢，提高經營效率與降低照護成本。
　　針對南部地區數家安養機構從業人員，試用本研究所建置的「RFID安養管理資訊系統」後所填寫的問卷顯示，受訪者皆同意其「對新的資訊科技會去試驗它」，而影響其使用本系統意圖最大的變數為相容性，意即安養機構原有的資訊系統若能與此「RFID安養管理資訊系統」相容，則受訪者有較高的使用意願。本系統開發的經驗，可作為其他護理機構或長期照護中心建置，利用RFID來追蹤管理住民動向與安全監控管理資訊系統之參考。

After the SARS epidemic and patient security affairs occurred in 2002, using patient-oriented technology to prevent or avoid damages such as errors, bias, and to patients has become the most important part of medical care process next to professional treatment in Taiwan healthcare industry. Though the main purpose of long-term care institutes is accommodating instead of medical caring the residents, the globalized trend of patient safety would definitely influence the care quality of long-term care institutes in the near future.
RFID has been listed as one of the most important ten technologies in the world. It has been applied in many industries, even the healthcare industry. This study used the RFID technology to locate and alarm patient fall for medical staffs to provide appropriate treatment at the right time to minimize the damage and prolong resident’s life in the long-term care centers. In addition, the long-term care center can gain competitive advantages and business efficiency with lower caring cost by using RFID.
Several southern long-term care centers were chosen to conduct a survey after they evaluated the “RFID long-term care information systems” established by this study. The respondents claimed that they intend to adopt new technologies. The critical factor that influenced their intention to use FRID system was “comparability”. In other words, respondents showed higher intension to use the RFID system while it is compatible with the existing information system in their centers. This experience of developing the RFID system for location management and supervision of security can be used as reference for other nursing institutes or long-term care centers.
