本論文提出一種新的架構來實現雙頻帶通濾波器,此架構並且適用於低溫共燒陶瓷製程(LTCC),其多層結構有助於濾波器的微小化。論文中首先闡述多階雙頻帶通濾波器,此濾波器的架構是利用傳輸線並聯數個步階阻抗共振腔,可以輕易地在兩個通帶間產生傳輸零點,這些傳輸零點可以增加兩個通帶間的隔離度。接著分析電路架構並提出設計公式,最後提供數個設計範例,從電路模擬、電磁模擬到實作量測,藉由模擬與量測的一致,驗證了理論與電路的可行性。
A novel dual-passband bandpass filter structure is presented in this thesis. The structure is suitable for the multilayered structure, which is suitable for the miniaturization of circuit size. The n-ordered dual-passband bandpass filter is stated in this paper firstly. The architecture of this filter uses a shunted structure to connect the multiple SIRs with the transmission line section. It can generate a transmission zero at the middle of two passbands easily. The transmission zero can increase the isolation between two passbands. Then, the circuit structure will be analyzed and the design formula will be proposed. Finally, some design examples are provided. From the circuit simulation, electromagnetic simulation, and to the measured results, good agreement between simulation and measurement has demonstrated the theory and feasibility of the proposed circuit.
