在全球化的衝擊下,競爭無國界,競爭形態已跳脫個別企業單打獨鬥的方式,而演變成整體供應鏈體系間的競爭,為增加供應練的協調度與競爭力,協同合作已成為企業供應鏈管理的一項重要議題。另外,電子市集的發展受到學術界與企業界的重視,被譽為是B2B領域中的明日之星。由於電子市集能夠成為供應鏈成員資訊分享平台,透過資訊的分享將能為供應鏈成員帶來效益。
針對協同作業議題,跨產業商務標準協會(Voluntary Inter-Industry Commerce Standards, VICS)提出協同運輸管理(Collaborative Transportation Management, CTM)模式,目的在於整合協同規劃、訂單預測並且落實於運輸執行階段。Rudberg et al.(2003)進一步提出協同式供應鏈運輸規劃情境,由流程的角度整合電子市集與供應鏈。
本研究致力於協同式供應鏈運輸規劃平台分析與設計模型以及發展系統雛形,應用UML(Unified Modeling Language)將Rudberg et al. (2003)所提出的協同式供應鏈運輸規劃情境導入於平台設計中,以Web Service、J2EE架構來建構與實作協同式供應鏈運輸規畫平台,並且設計一協同運輸例外處理機制,在此機制下,合作企業間的應用程式將自動化完成流程,且不受限於使用任何程式語言實作,使得企業間資訊系統整合的複雜性大為降低,以提升企業進行協同合作的可行性。
The globalisation of markets and manufacturing has forced the management of supply chains, the competition of the businesses has unrestricted under national boundaries, and working collaboratively is important to the enterprise. Besides, the academia and the enterprise pay much attention to the development of electronic marketplaces, and think of electronic marketplaces will play important roles in the future. Electronic marketplaces can be the platform of sharing information among collaborative members; by this way, collaborative members can create information visibility and capture the moments of information enable collaborative members of the supply chain to manage their business processes better. The sharing information will decrease the bullwhip effect which is resulted in lower information visibility.

To be aimed at the issue of collaboration, VICS (Voluntary Inter-Industry Commerce Standards) presents the CTM (Collaborative Transportation Management) model, integrates collaborative planning, order forecasting and transportation execution, then Rudberg et al.(2003) presents the collaborative supply chain transportation planning scenarios, they integrate supply chains and electronic marketplaces on the process points of view. But there is less about “how to do” on the technological consideration.

This thesis pays much attention to the development of the collaborative supply chain transportation planning platform, which is based on the J2EE architecture. Firstly, we focus on the system analysis and design for the collaborative supply chain transportation planning platform by object-oriented technology, the UML(unified Modeling Language) notations are illustrated for the specification; then, the collaborative supply chain transportation planning platform is modified and Java web components are embedded. Finally, we design the mechanisms for collaborative transportation exception and implement the system by using component technology based on the Web Service and J2EE architecture.

The advantages of the mechanism for collaborative transportation platform makes the collaborative supply chain transportation planning of extension, flexibility and cross programming language: the collaborative member can enhance system integration and expand the system more easily by this way.
