本研究是採用前瞻性之橫斷式(cross-sectional)調查研究方法,使用結構性問卷進行資料收集,以探討不同等級身體活動量、飲食行為及看電視行為與心血管疾病危險因子之間的相關性。
研究結果顯示出:1、以單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)進行不同等級身體活動量與心血管疾病危險因子之差異性比較,男性在低身體活動量與中身體活動量之總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白(CHOL/HDL)比值上達顯著差異水準外,其餘各組在各血液生化值間皆沒有達到顯著差異,但有明顯的正向趨勢出現;在女性方面,不同身體活動量在各血液生化值間皆沒有達到顯著差異,但在總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂、總膽固醇/高密度脂蛋白(CHOL/HDL)以及低密度脂蛋白/高密度脂蛋白(LDL/HDL)等項目在不同等級身體活動量上有明顯的趨勢出現。2、同時控制性別、年齡、看電視時數及身體活動量,結果顯示出BMI是所有代謝異常指標之獨立危險因子,皆達顯著差異水準(p<0.05)。3、經邏輯斯迴歸分析結果顯示,在控制了性別、年齡、BMI後,每週看電視>20小時者(P=0.09)、每天三餐定時定量未達7成者(P=0.01),以及低身體活動量者(P=0.05)均為代謝症候群的獨立危險因子。
本研究重要發現,低身體活動量罹患代謝症候群之風險為高身體活動量之3.43倍;每天三餐定時定量未達七成者罹患代謝症候群之風險為每天三餐定時定量達七成以上者之2.98倍。由此可看出,不同性別之代謝症候群與人們的生活型態息息相關,必需由民眾主動改變以往不健康的生活型態及飲食習慣,才能達到健康促進、降低疾病危險因子以及增加身體機能。
This paper adopt the investigation research approach of cross-sectional type, and we use the structural questionnaire to collect the materials in order to confer the dependence among different grade physical activity and diet behavior and cardiovascular risk factor of disease.
The result of study demonstrates: 1) We use one-way ANOVA to compare the different grade physical activity and cardiovascular with risk factors of disease, and we get the result: in man of the groups of light physical activity and moderate physical activity, the ratio of total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein (CHOL/HDL) reach the level of significance, others are obvious appearing to the trend; on the other hand in women groups, in the total cholesterol, triglycerides, CHOL/HDL, and ratio of low density lipoprotein/high density lipoprotein (LDL/HDL)there is obvious trend that appears at different grade physical activity in the projects. 2) Control the sex, age, the hours of watching TV at the same time, the result demonstrates that BMI is a risk factor of independence of all metabolic disorder indexes. 3) By the Logistic Regression analysis, we get watching TV more than 20 hours every week, and the habit of the three meals is less than seventy percent at regular time and quantity everyday are risk factors of independence of metabolic syndrome, after controlling sex, age, BMI.
The important discovery of the research, the probability of suffering from the metabolic syndrome of the group of low body activity is 3.43 times of the group of high body activity. The risk of suffering from the metabolic syndrome of the persons who have been less than 70% for the three meals of every day at regular time and quantity is 2.98 times of those who have not been up to 70%. Therefore we can find out that the metabolic syndrome is closely linked with people's life type attitude, and people must change the unhealthy life type attitude and eating habit in the past to reach the health and promote, lower the dangerous factor of the disease and increase the body function.
