異柄鄧伯花(Thunbergia alata Boj. Ex Sims),原產於熱帶非洲,屬於爵床科(Acanthaceae)鄧伯花屬植物。
將新鮮全株異柄鄧伯花(3.09 kg)以甲醇萃取,所得之萃取液經減壓濃縮後,分別以氯仿、正丁醇及水進行分配萃取,各分配層再以管柱層析、薄層層析及再結晶方式純化,總共分得35個化合物,經光譜分析及文獻比對後,確認其結構為:stilbericoside、6-epi-stilbericoside、unedoside、holmioside、thunaloside、mikanin、 tiliroside、L-tyrosine、L-phenylalanine、adenine、uracil、uridine、
nicotinic acid、ferulic acid、p-coumaric acid、methyl p-coumarate、3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol、caffeic acid、syringic acid、4-hydroxy-benzoic acid、vanillin、physcion、emodin 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside、squalene、friedelin、simiarenol、lupeol、stigmasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside +β-sitosteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside mixtures、stigmasterol +β-sitosterol mixtures、methyl pheophorbide-a、braylin、-tocopherol acetate、phytol、(S)-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid、β-D-glucose。
Thunbergia alata Boj. Ex Sims is one specie of Thunbergia plant(Acanthaceae)in tropical Africa.
The fresh whole plants(3.09 kg)of T. alata Boj. Ex Sims were extracted by methanol, filtered and then concentrated under reducing pressure to give dark brown extracts. The crude extracts were partitioned between water and chloroform, and then n-BuOH, separately. Each layer was chromatographed by column chromatography, thin layer chromatography and recrystallizd to afford thirty-five compounds. These compounds were determined their structures by spectral analysis and compared with authentic literatures. They included stilbericoside, 6-epi-stilbericoside, unedoside, holmioside, thunaloside, mikanin, tiliroside, L-tyrosine,
L-phenylalanine, adenine, uracil, uridine, nicotinic acid, ferulic acid, p-coumaric acid, methyl p-coumarate, 3,4-di-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, caffeic acid, syringic acid,4-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillin,
physcion, emodin 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, squalene, friedelin, simiarenol, lupeol, stigmasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside +β-sitosteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside mixtures, stigmasterol +β-sitosterol mixtures, methyl pheophorbide-a, braylin, -tocopherol acetate, phytol, (S)-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid, and β-D-glucose.
