臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

網際網路的應用帶動了國內外各產業在經營管理上的進步與發展；營造業在面臨勞力短缺及政府加入WTO和大力推動產業e化的衝擊下，藉由IT技術來協助工地管理提昇效率已成為必然的趨勢。營造工程專案之規模逐漸朝向大型化與多元化的發展，在工程執行的過程中所產生的大量文件必須採取系統化的管理方式以因應快速分享與長久保存之需求。本研究針對營造工地文件管理之特性與現況整理探討，藉由網路問卷之方式調查目前工地資料管理電腦化的應用狀況及未來發展需求，並將結果做為後續系統開發之參考。本研究使用PowerDesinger建構資料庫架構，以ASP、ADO及SQL等技術配合Visual Studio環境開發出營造工地資料管理系統，包含日報管理、品質管制、檔案及公文管理、會議及施工記錄與權限管理等七個功能模組。 本研究主要的成果為：經由問卷調查的結果，營造廠商投入電腦化的意願並不積極，主要的原因為不符合投資報酬率；透過需求驗證，本系統的開發足以符合營造工地資料管理的需求；藉由本系統之協助，營造廠商可以增進工地文件、施工、品質管理與決等分析的能力，並可有效降低工地之成本。

The application of the internet has driven the progress and development in management and administration at every domestic and international industry. The construction industry has to face up to the labor's shortage, government's accession to the WTO, and promote e-industry's impact in a more cost-effective manner. To help the construction site can manage smoothly in an excellent efficiency, IT technology has been already becoming to inevitable trend in this world. To ensure the scale of construction project will move towards to maximization and pluralistic development gradually, a large number of file must take systematized management in the processing project in order to share faster and keeping permanently required. This research point to the characteristic of documentation in the currently buliding management, in order to the characteristic of file management of construction site and present situation, investigate the materials of construction site at present and manage the computerized application state and development requirement in the future in way of the network questionnaire, and do the result as the follow-up reference of development systematically. This research uses PowerDesinger to build and construct the database structure, cooperate with Visual Studio environment to develop and build the materials administrative system of construction site with such technology as ASP, ADO and SQL, etc., includes such as seven function mould groups as management of the daily, quality controlling, file, management of the official document, meeting and constructing to write down to manage with the authority, etc.. This main achievement of research is via internet investigation, and the construction vendor is not positive to build and invest by computerized, the main reason is insufficient with the money investment. Proving through the requirement and the development of this system is enough in accord with the requirement for data management of construction site. With the assistance of this system, construction contractors can promote file, constructs, qualitative control and, etc. ability to analysis of construction site, and can reduce the cost of the construction site effectively.
