國內紡織企業在全球化、產業環境變動與科技推動的影響下,都以降低成本、縮短交期、提升品質為目標,為達成所訂定目標。多數企業皆以新產品之研發設計為企業營運的主要策略,所以成功的新產品開發專案管理是企業競爭力提升的重要指標。

然而專案執行過程中,常發生進度延遲的問題,主要的原因包括人員專注於單一工作項目的執行,沒有顧慮整體專案執行之進度,且專案相關執行人員之間的溝通存在資訊交流不透明、不對稱等因素。因此如何利用資訊科技技術,有效的將企業各功能組織與流程階段做完善的整合管理,以協助企業進行新紡品開發專案的執行是相當重要的。

針對上述問題點,本研究以商業模型為中心,並運用電子化的技術,整合新產品開發流程與專案管理,建構整合性資訊系統,以解決企業在執行專案時工作回饋與時程掌控的問題,並且設計報表與主料搜尋功能,讓企業可以更有效率運用與儲存資訊,以幫助企業達到更高的管理綜效,達完成永續經營的目標。
The domestic textile enterprise is under the influence promoted in globalization, industry's environmental change and science and technology, regard lowering costs, shortening and handing in one, improving quality as the goal, in order to reach the goals stipulated. Most enterprises all design the main tactics operated for enterprises with the research and development of the new products, so the successful new product development special project is managed it is the important index that enterprise's competitiveness improves.

But the special project is carried out in the course, the question that the progress postpones often takes place, the main reason includes personnel and is absorbed in the execution of the single working project, worried the progress that the whole special project carries out, and such factors as information interchange has existed opaquly, asymmetrically in the communication between the relevant operational staff of special project. So how to utilize information science and technology, the effective one does perfect merger of every function organization and procedure stage of enterprises to manage, in order to help enterprises to spin execution that develops the special project of products newly it is quite important.

Click to above-mentioned problems, this research regards commercial model as the centre, and use the technology of electronization, combine the new product development procedure and special project to manage, build and construct the combining information system, in order to solving enterprise it is while carrying out the special project feedback work with when Cheng problem that control, and design the report form and main material and search the function , enable enterprises to use and store information more efficiently, in order to help enterprises to reach higher comprehensive result of management , reach the goal finishing being managed continuously forever.
