臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著環境保護及生態保育意識之抬頭，並在國際環境保護潮流的導引下，生態工法便成為近年來國內各項工程施作之趨勢。另人們對於生態環境與景觀品質的要求逐漸提高，因此生態工法已為眾多工程建設必然之施工趨勢，國內有關生態工法之介紹及應用，已在學術及政府單位極力推廣下，廣為大眾所知。
我國重大公共工程建設，於計劃階段雖有環境影響評估制度之設計，但工程建設過程仍造成許多對自然環境的干擾與衝突；其中尤以道路路網對地景切割及棲地碎裂之衝擊最為嚴重，故本研究擬從景觀生態及生態設計的學理觀點，探討道路建設對景觀生態之衝擊，並彙整既有之山區道路工程規劃設計流程，融入生態考量事項及前人所提生態工法應用於道路工程之設計準則，提出生態工法應用在山區道路工程的之整合模式及架構。
另整理參酌國外道路生態工法相關推動機制及案例經驗，與各國推動之背景、政策機制、配套法規及個案的比較研究，驗證其重大公共工程應用生態工法之可行性，俾作為台灣山區道路建設推動的參考。最後並以專家訪談與文獻回顧所得出之各具代表績效的項目中，以模糊德菲法（FDM）、模糊層級分析法(FAHP)求其相對權重後，以得出優良的績效指標，再以此簡易及量化之指標，提供各工程主管單位參考，並判斷傳統工法與生態工法應用於山區道路工程建設時，其所可能被給予之綜合績效值，以進一步作為生態工法應用於山區道路工程可行性分析的參考依據，期能對生態保育之推動有所助益。

As we take a look at all the relative articles about the Ecological Engineering, most of them are all about safety and efficiency. In this research, we are just trying to find out what’s really concerned while the director of a traffic department deciding to build a traffic engineering facility, and wish that the outcome of this research could be apply to construct a model about decision making on building a traffic engineering facility, and this kind of application may also as well help us make the best use of social resource.
What had been done here is to construct a hierarchy structure which would cover and adopt four main kinds of expert’s opinion first, and then get the major criteria by Fuzzy Delphi Method. After that, T figure out the weight of every criteria and objectives, which belong to the former hierarchy structure, by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. Finally, I evaluate the performance index of installation among five traffic engineering facilities with Value Matrix Method. Thus, three times of survey had been done in this study, and it seems reasonable when I criticize the result come out here. Due to the hierarchy structure probably not being so perfect and complete, this problem would better been seriously considered if there was any relative further follow-up study.
