本論文利用本實驗室之前所合成出的化合物15進行一些官能基的轉換,合成了產物18-30,但未能順利切除Bn基。然而發現2-苯硫基 -1,3-丁二烯與imino-ester 31可順利進行 [4+2] 環化加成反應得到產物 32,並成功地合成出Indolizidine的化合物36。另外,1-甲基-3-苯硫基-1,3-丁二烯 (37) 與imino-ester 31進行 [4+2] 環化加成反應得到順反異構物38,將探討反應條件對立體化學的影響。
This thesis studied various functional group transformations of compound 15. Products 18-30 were obtained. However, the benzyl group of 15 could not be effectively cleaved. On the other hand, we discovered a new aza-Diels-Alder reaction of imino-ester 31 with 2-(phenylthio)-
1,3-butadiene to give product 32. After suitable functional group transformations, compound 32 was successfully converted to indolizidine 36. A similar reaction of imino-ester 31 with 1-methyl-3-(phenythio)-
1,3-butadiene (37) gave a mixture of cis/trans cycloaddition products 38. Factors affecting the stereochemistry of the reaction will be studied.
