摘 要
在醫院各部門中,急診室是最需要爭取病人就醫黃金時間以及病
安的重要單位,以病人為中心的安全醫療照護資訊將無線射頻辨識技
術(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)導入急診室全面診間,
藉以即時偵測與確實保障急診病人之管理照護;同時協助醫護人員透
過此系統的建置,即時比對病人資料與後續追蹤病人簡明醫療紀錄的
便利應用傳遞,達到醫病無線互動即時照護的服務流程管理。
目前醫療RFID 腕帶成本仍高,國內醫院尚難以全面使用,也少
見文獻探討醫療RFID 系統相關的議題,及未來發展的方向。本研究
針對此一目標,以本著「生命無價」的急診室先行導入為案例,取科
技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)為理論基礎,採用
問卷調查方式,統計醫院急診室醫護人員實際使用RFID 系統的系統
品質與資訊品質、直接對RFID 系統的認知有用性與認知易用性的影
響、間接影響RFID 使用者的滿意度以及對個人與組織的影響,經由
分析相關因素結果,最後提出結論與未來方向及建議。本研究成果可
作為醫界推廣RFID 技術改善醫療資訊系統,以及後續理論與實證研
究之重要參考。
Abstract
Among all the departments in a hospital, emergency room is
the one that requires the shortest response time to patient
needs and demands a particular emphasis on patient safety. A
patient-focused medical information system can incorporate the
Radio-Frequency Identification into ER to facilitate
real-time diagnosis and ensure high quality health care of ER
patients. Furthermore, RFID can help health care professionals
to access patient records instantaneously and update these
records for the needs of various applications to sustain
patient welfare on a timely and continuous basis.
At the present time, the cost of RFID for health care
remains too high for its full deployment throughout the
hospitals in Taiwan. In addition, relatively few studies have
been conducted and reported in the literature on the RFID for
health care. Based on a case of Won-Fong Hospital in Taipei
that attempts to introduce the RFID, this thesis employs the
technology acceptance model as a theoretical foundation to
study the usage of RFID by its ER nurses through a survey-based
study. The direct impacts of perceived usefulness and perceived
ease of use on the acceptance of RFID are examined. The indirect
effects on user satisfaction with RFID and on individuals and
organizations are also explored. Both the direct and indirect
effects are measured through a confirmatory factor analysis.
Finally, the conclusion and implications are drawn from our
results. This study makes a contribution to promoting the RFID
in hospitals and improving medical information systems; it also
provides an important reference for future theoretical and
empirical studies in this area.
