臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著資訊不斷的發展，越來越多企業導入ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning，企業資源規劃），以提升競爭力。但是目前導入ERP系統的營造業並不多，加上營造業本身結構不同於一般大多數導入ERP系統的產業，因此目前並無適合的套裝軟體。然而客製化軟體價格昂貴，僅少數大型營造業才有能力導入ERP系統。因此，營造業如果要導入ERP系統要比其他產業更為困難。
而過去導入ERP系統很多是失敗的，甚至有公司因而面臨倒閉。故事先了解ERP系統導入的失敗原因是非常重要的，經由事前的預防，可以避免在導入的過程中產生問題，延誤進度，甚致於影響成敗，因而造成無法彌補的損失。
本研究採用個案研究的方式，以一家國內營造業為案例。此個案以委外開發的方式導入ERP系統，而個案公司在導入過程中曾遭遇過困難，個案皆一一克服，即將成功導入ERP系統。而本研究根據個案導入的經驗，歸納出營造業導入ERP主要失敗原因為：流程複雜難以實作、資訊能力較低又不尋求顧問的輔助、廠商缺乏實戰經驗、需求變更不斷導致預算超出、導入過程中員工不願配合。希望本研究結果，能提供其他欲導入ERP系統的營造業者做為參考，避免發生相同的錯誤。

With information development continuously, more and more industries implement ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning） system in order to hence the ability of competition. For the time being, there are few construction industries implemented ERP system because its structure is different from most industries that already implemented the system and there is no available software at this stage. However, customer-oriented software is expensive which only large-scale companies can afford it. Therefore, that would be much difficult to implement ERP system in Construction Industries than others.
However, some industries have failed by implementing ERP system even goes bankrupt. It is very important to find out the reasons that caused the failure. By precautions beforehand, which can avoid problems in the process of implementing ERP system and delaying schedule, even influence success of failure which may cause the loss that are unable to make up for.
This research is by using case study and takes the domestic construction industry as an example which the ERP system has been implemented by outside-development. However, some difficulties are encountered in the process of implementing the system, but all are overcome continuously and is going to implement the ERP system successfully. Therefore, we draw a conclusion to collect the major failure reasons based on the experience of this case research: it’s difficult to take effect due to complex procedures, information ability is not powerful and do not want to get further assistance from consultants, supplier is short of real experiences, ongoing changeable demands result in excess budget and employees are not willing to cooperate during the implementation. In a word, we truly hope the results from our research can be the reference for the Construction Industries that are about to implement ERP system and avoid the same problems are occurred.
