光碟片在全球的需求量不斷增加,光碟片生產廠商又在如此劇烈的競爭環境下,不斷的擴增生產規模,各家競爭的方向也不斷的在變動,從原本速度上的競爭,改變至光碟品質競爭,到現在產品價格的競爭,要如何有效的改進並創造出有利的競爭優勢,評估其策略聯盟對象之選擇與預估聯盟後的經營績效,已成為面對國際間競爭重要的課題。
本研究以資料包絡分析法 (Data Envelopment Analysis,簡稱DEA) 為基礎,結合本身的研究,提出一套有系統之模式,目的為企業準備進行策略聯盟時,能有效地尋找策略聯盟的伙伴並分析其策略聯盟後的預期經營效率,提出資源分配方法及策略聯盟後的改善建議方案。
本文提出的評估模式在以策略與效率角度訂定光碟片產業聯盟之策略,首先以DEA模式分析所有候選公司的效率,且在執行產業間聯盟時,使用DEA計算各企業策略聯盟前後的個體經營效率,以歸納出企業間聯盟的最佳組合,和分析聯盟後新公司的預期經營效率,最後提出資源分配及整合的改善建議。本研究以台灣光碟業實際的資料來進行研究,運用本文所提出評估模式作實際演繹,由結果得知,本研究所提之方法,能為企業在策略聯盟時,提供決策者面臨國際化競爭有效的分析與建議。
In the global competitive and highly growing industry of compact disc, the question of using strategic alliance to achieve competitive advantages has become more important than ever. Our research, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and heuristic techniques as basis, attempts to provide an approach to help enterprises assess the best partners for strategic alliance. In addition, the approach also analyzes the potential improvement directions for operation efficiency after alliance. Realistic data are used from the Taiwan compact disc industry. By analysis of this approach, the results show that Giga Storage enhances efficiency from 5 to 2 degrees of ranking. This is the best improvement among all alliances. The results are sound by reviewed with many industrial managers and indicate that this approach can effectively provide recommendations for enterprises to find the proper candidates of alliance.
