清楚而具調整彈性的設計鏈應用模式是推動設計鏈協同設計的重要基礎。SCC(supply chain council)之 DCOR SIG嘗試提出DCOR(design chain operations reference)模式協助企業建構設計鏈modeling framework。然而,DCOR 1.0版目前僅規劃出process framework與初步之I/O定義,缺乏具體的參考應用模式及產業的實際應用案例。因此,本研究整合DC、CPD/CPC的概念及DCOR的參考模式為基礎,提出CDCOR(collaborative design chain operations reference)模式,以作為Product Life Cycle中協同設計鏈系統建制參考的基礎。該模式在專案管理(project management, PM)的基礎下,共包括五個核心程序:整合產品企劃(PP)、概念設計(CD)、細部設計(DD)、設計驗證(DR)、設計修正(DA)。與四大階段:協同設計鏈營運模式、協同設計鏈協同型態、協同設計鏈流程模式及協同設計鏈作業模式。同時提供產業CDCOR模式評估方法,本研究將該模式應用於中。綜言之,本研究的貢獻在於DCOR模式的延伸,具體的規劃協同設計鏈的參考架構,並實際implement於台灣機車產業的NPD以作為 case study,此案例亦可成為中心廠、客戶與協力廠於協同設計鏈課題的最佳實務典範。
A well-defined and flexible design chain reference model is an important basis for promoting collaborative design chain. The DCC SIG, under the Supply-Chain Council (SCC), proposed the DCOR (design chain operations reference) attempting to assist enterprises building a design chain modeling framework. So far, DCOR version 1.0 only maps out the preliminary definitions such as major design procedures and lacks of an example of best practice in industry. Moreover, few researches have attempted this issue. This study integrates the concepts of design chain (DC), collaborative product design (CPD)/collaborative product commerce (CPC) to propose CDCORM (collaborative design chain operations reference model) on the basis of DCOR as reference for developing collaborative design chain system in the product life cycle. The CDCORM includes four hierarchical levels: collaborative design chain business model, collaborative design chain cooperative model, collaborative design chain process model, and collaborative design chain operational model. Under the basis of project management (PM), the CDCORM comprises five core procedures: Product Plan (PP), Concept Design (CD), Detail Design (DD), Design Review (DR), and Design Amend (DA). This study also provides an assessment applying an example of motorcycle industry for CDCORM. Summary, the contribution of this study is to extend the DCOR model to propose a whole collaborative design chain reference model and implement it in the new product development of the motorcycle industry as case study. This case study serves an example of best practice for industry.
