Dine dating is one of the important experiences in course of contacts for the modern men and women. It means a behavior that men and women choose one restaurant to dine together. In recent years, the living standard rises, the factors of choosing a restaurant for the consumers except the perfection of food, price and service. Restaurant environment becomes one of the important factors too. Especially under the situation of dating, the requests for the atmosphere of people seem higher than others. Therefore, this study from a bisexual viewpoint and using questionnaire way to probe into the relations of college students’ different background, consumers’ behavior, motive of dine dating, restaurant environment attribute importance, favorite and love attitude. The study adopted the college students in NTNU district as the subjects, total numbers of 223 effective questionnaires are collected. The results were as follows: As the research finding, college students’ dine dating frequency is not above twice a week, the information of choosing a restaurant are variety, the decision of restaurant is decided together, one person spend 201~400 NT dollars, around 1~3 hours for dine dating every time and go dutch. Besides, college students think dine dating which is an activity of leisure time, and their motiation prefer to “leisure time and enjoyment” higher. At the restaurant environment, key elements of adaptable dating are “clean environment”, “integral style of design”, “ smell of environment”, “comfortable table and chair” and “lighting effect” etc. In conclusion, a good restaurant for dating is mainly to allow for “atmosphere of environment” to make well. At the same time, college students like a warm and fragrant, romantic and esoteric environment, especially females take more notice with regard to restaurant environment than males when dating. Moreover, college students’ different background affects consumers’ behavior and motives of dine dating. However, the motives of dine dating have direct, close relations with attribute importance of restaurant environment, and both are affected by different background and consumers behavior of dine dating. By contrast, love attitudes only have direct, close relations with motives of dine dating, others are limited.
