This research is developed by the dimensions of Organizational Structure and Organizational Innovation throughout the concept of Organizational Learning and Decision Speed to explore the two research questions as follow: (1) how Organizational Structure affects Organizational Learning and furthermore impacts on Organizational Innovation; (2) how Organizational Structure affects Decision Speed and afterwards influences on Organizational Innovation. Based on feedback from 260 enterprises, the researcher collected 1282 valid questionnaires. Following by hierarchical regression analysis to examine, the findings are results as follow: (1) Organizational Decentralization is not significantly relevant to Organizational Innovation; (2) the higher the degree of Organizational Formalization, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (3) the higher the degree of Organizational Learning, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (4) the higher the degree of Organizational Absorption, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (5) the faster the degree of Decision Speed, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (6) the higher the degree of Organizational Formalization, the higher learning intention of the members within, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (7) the higher the degree of Organizational Formalization, the higher the degree of Organizational Absorption, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation; (8) the higher the degree of Organizational Formalization, the faster the degree of Decision Speed, the higher the degree of Organizational Innovation.
