競爭優勢概念的興起與資訊科技之發展,導致「委外決策」日益重要。近年來,新型態的商業委外模式強調「使供需成為生命共同體」-「策略性委外」之概念,企業不再只是為了降低企業成本或提升營運效率,更希望在專注並鞏固本身核心能力的同時,能與外部資源與專業知識夥伴合作,同時在委外過程中創造新的商機與價值。
本研究主要探討企業在採行委外決策時,究竟策略性委外與一般委外有何不同?並探討委外動機策略性程度的不同,藉由與委外供應商建立合作夥伴關係的方式,達到較佳的委外成效,同時以委外的契約屬性作為干擾變項,探討各構面間的關聯性。因此,利用問卷調查方法,針對台灣地區製造業加以分析探討。問卷總計回收有效份數107份,研究結果發現:
1. 廠商委外動機採行策略性程度不同,會產生不同的合作夥伴關係。
2. 合作夥伴關係與其委外成效有正向顯著關係,獲得部份支持。
3. 委外契約屬性中的契約時間會干擾委外夥伴關係與委外成效之間的關係。
4. 合作夥伴關係為委外動機策略性程度與委外成效之完全中介效果。
最後,本研究依據研究結果提供相關建議,並對學術及實務上的管理意涵加以詳細討論。
The rise of the competitive advantageous conception and development of information technology have catalyzed the gradual importance of “Outsourcing Decision-Making.” In recent years, the new-type way of business outsourcing emphasizes “make the supply and demand in one unit,” a conception of “Strategic Outsourcing” that, besides reducing the production cost or promoting operating efficiency, and strengthening itself on the core capability of business at the same time, an enterprise can combine with outside resources and professional partner to create the new business opportunity and value.
The purpose of this research is mainly to explore what difference is there between strategic outsourcing and outsourcing when an alternative is chosen in the decision-making process of an enterprise. In addition, the difference of outsourcing’s motive in strategic extent will be explored. The outsourcing can achieve satisfactory effects by means of establishing cooperative partnership relation with outsourcing’s suppliers. At the same time, the attribute of outsourcing’s contract is viewed as a variable to explore their connection between assorted dimensions. More importantly, major source for analyzing the case study of Taiwan’s manufacturing is by the questionnaires. The total of the questionnaire retrieves 107 effective samples. The result of study is found:
1. A firm in outsourcing’s motive that adopts strategy in different extent will produce different cooperative partner.
2. There is a positive consequence between the cooperative partnership relation and outsourcing effects.
3. The contract’s time in the attribute of the agreement will influence on the relations between outsourcing’s partnership relation and outsourcing effects.
4. The cooperative partner relationship is viewed as an intermediary effects on outsourcing’s motive in strategic extent and outsourcing’s performance.
Finally, this research offers related suggestions in accordance with the result of study, and discusses in detail regarding the management meaning on academic and empirical terms.
