A team has been the important work unit in organizations in recent years. It is because the performance will be better by team work than individual worker through the corporation of team and encouragement of each other between the team members. However, the training which employees received and the integration of the task skills which teammates owned will be the key point to make workpeople have confidence to complete the task. We also try to explore the impact of training efficacy which employees perceived and integration of task skills on organization performance by using measurement of self-efficacy and collective efficacy developed by Bandura’s social cognitive theory. The study adopted a convenient sampling survey using coaches and players of rugby teams beyond junior high school as empirical samples to test the hypotheses in this study. As the results by regression analysis, the collective efficacy is positively affected with training efficacy, but with no significant casual effect by task skill integration
