基於現有良好的國防科技能力,在不與民爭利的前提之下,以多國企業方式投資軍民通用產品,為維持國防能量之一有效方法。基此,本研究旨在探討企業主體欲在國際多個區域進行投資,並且成為一個知名的多國企業(multinational enterprise, MNE)。為達成上述基礎目標,假設該MNE決定以獨資之市場進入策略投資多個國際區域,為確保競爭優勢,期望在投資之規劃時間幅度內,各計畫投資區域,皆能達成其目標(稅後)盈餘。假設,該MNE決定採用分散化同步推進策略(decentralized synchronized advancement strategy, DSAS),對多個區域進行投資,此策略係指將資本預算分散投入各個計畫投資區域,並同步進行投資。在採用DSAS之市場推進策略下,本研究建構一最佳化資源配置模型,藉以獲得各計畫投資區域之最佳資本投入分配及其商品訂價政策。最後,引用可分離凸規劃技術發展求解程序,並輔以範例說明。
Aiming to effectively keep national defense energy and develop capacity without sacrificing civilian interests, on the basis of current good techniques of in our army, invest dual-use products by the form of multinational enterprise (MNE) is one of effective methods. Under this premise, this study considers an enterprise who wants to expand its business to multiple locations in global and to be a well-known MNE. Suppose the MNE utilizes wholly owned market entry strategy to achieve the purpose. In order to cumulate potential expanding advantages, the enterprise hopes that each subsidiary gleans a target return within a specific time horizon. Assume that the enterprise utilizes “decentralized synchronized advancement strategy (DSAS)” which refers to expanding business by decentralizing the available capital budget into each planning investment location and invest them concurrently. Based on utilizing DSAS and assuming the capital budget is scarce, this paper proposes an optimization model to find the optimal capital investment allocation and commodity pricing policy. In addition, a list of theoretical results within the proposed models is demonstrated. Finally, a solution procedure based on the theoretical results and separable convex programming approach is developed. Also, a numerical example is given.
