臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討台灣地區漁民參與「漁業推廣教育」活動學習滿意度。為達研究目的，首先透過文獻的整理與分析，建立研究的整體架構，再根據文獻分析的結果，編製「台灣地區漁民參與漁業推廣教育活動學習滿意度問卷」為研究工具。
本研究採用問卷調查，以台灣地區參與2005年漁業推廣教育活動之漁民為研究對象，共計發出700份問卷，回收有效樣本662份，回收率達94.57%。使用的統計分析方法主要包括：平均數、標準差、次數分配、單因子變異數分析及「雪費或杜氏」多重事後比較等。經分析結果，歸納出以下四個主要結論：
一、本研究漁民之基本資料以男性、年齡41-50歲、教育程度國中或以下、平均月收入30,000元以下、已婚、工作年資16年以上、從事沿近海漁業種類等的漁民人數最多。
二、台灣地區漁民的「整體學習滿意度」，在性別、年齡、教育程度、平均月收入、工作年資、漁業種類等人口統計變數有顯著差異。
三、本研究漁民的「整體學習滿意度」，雖然婚姻狀況不同，但其學習滿意度無顯著差異。
四、漁民對整體學習滿意度「滿意」平均得分3.84，得分最高為「學習環境」(3.93)，得分最低為「學習成果」(3.77)。
最後，本研究提出結論及建議，以作為後續辦理推廣教育活動及提高漁民參與推廣教育活動學習滿意度之參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the learning satisfaction of Taiwanese fishermen participating in the courses of fisheries extension. To reach the purpose of this study, the literature was firstly reviewed and analyzed to found the framework of this research. Secondly, the questionnaire, entitled “Questionnaire to survey the learning satisfaction of Taiwanese fishermen participating in the courses of fisheries extension”, was formes according to the results of the drevious literature review and applied in this study in 2005. Seven hundred questionnaires were given out, and 662 valid samples were retrieved; the answering rate reached 94.57%. The data were statistically analyzed by the means of mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s (or Turkey’s) posterior comparisons, respectively. After the data were analyzed, the conclutive findings as follows:
1. The main characteristics of the fishermen in this study are male, from age 41 to 50, tinal educated in junior high school or lower, monthly income below NT$ 30,000, married, over 16 years of working experience and working on offshore and coastal fisheries.
2. The learning satisfaction of Taiwanese fishermen has significant difference in fundamental background including gender, age, level of education, average monthly income, years of work, sorts of work and demographics.
3. There is no significant difference in fishermen’s marital status.
4. The average score in learning satisfaction for fishermen is 3.84. The highest score and the lowest score are displayed in learning environment (3.93) and in learning results (3.77), respectively.
Finally, according to the conclusion of this study, there are some practical suggestions proposed as reference for more effectively execute the courses of fisheries extension in the future and to improve the learning satisfaction of fishermen participating in these courses.
