蓄電池之發明,已伴隨著人類文明走過百年以上的歷史,更歷經無數次的技術
改良,仍是目前技術發展最為成熟的二次電池,為汽機車、通訊系統以及一般緊
急裝置等設備領域之主流;如此居戊眥間A處關鍵地位的電池,產業關聯效果可
謂非常大,它的發展影響人類生活品質及經濟發展深遠。在面對全球化的企業發
展與國際競爭下,日本兩大生產公司,GS 日本電池與YUASA 湯淺電池,於西元
2004 年,合併成為全球第二大電池製造商;在現有14 個國家的28 個生產基地進
行有效率的生產,藉由發揮內部資源之效益,再透過上下游夥伴之整合,建立一
具競爭優勢的供應鏈體系,成為產業成左疑鶬鉿]素。此類多國籍企業即針對不
同區域比較利益的差異,透過原料採購、生產、運輸、倉儲、銷售服務等弁鉞?
合在地的資源優勢,並將供應商成員更緊密的結合在一起,進行全球性的佈局。
故本研究將針對企業在面對跨國多廠生產經營時,所面對供應鏈最佳產銷模
式,尋求其最佳營運模式。以GS 日本電池在台灣生產及全球各地區之生產與配送
現況構建產銷模式,透過數學規劃方法,以企業生存目標之追求成本最小為考慮
目標,在多廠生產的最佳生產規劃,決定訂單的分配以及相關的採購、生產、配
送決策;再從供應鏈的範疇切入,對蓄電池產業的多廠生產規劃問題進行探討,
由整合其生產過程中各環節之資訊與活動,以達成更低之成本。本研究之成果可
以作為蓄電池產業擬定跨國企業多廠經營的策略方案之分析工具,讓該產業獲取
成本上的競爭優勢。
The lead-acid battery was invented about one hundred years ago. Many technical
improvements result in the matured lead-acid battery used in vehicles, communication
systems, and emergency equipments, etc. In facing the business globalizations and
international competitions, the two Japanese battery companies: GS and YUASA, were
merged to be the second large battery manufacturer in 2004. There are 28
manufacturing factories with high production efficiencies in 14 countries. The key
success factor is to integrate the internal resources and external supply chain
partnerships to construct a competitive industry. The international enterprise combines
supply chain partners closely through the functions of material procurement, production,
transportation, warehousing, and sales services.
This paper will investigate the best supply chain production-sales pattern for the
international enterprise operations and managements. By using mathematical
programming, consider costs to optimize the production planning, orders allocations,
and the related procurement and delivery policies for the GS Japanese Battery. The
results can be applied to international battery companies to analyze business
competitive priorities.
