本研究之目的在於瞭解:對於三歲幼兒而言,「窗戶作業」的困難點為何,並進而分析三歲幼兒執行規則的能力。研究方式為一對一的測試,共抽取三十六位三歲幼兒(含大三歲組及小三歲組各十八位幼兒),每位幼兒均接受四個作業測試。研究結果發現:(一)對於三歲幼兒而言,「窗戶作業」的困難點,同時呈現在規則的推理與規則的執行上,而研究者也發現,作業測試中正確率的成長,主要是由幾位幼兒所影響的。(二)透過規則數與抑制程度不同的作業設計,從三歲幼兒在三個執行作業表現差異可得知,「規則數」的不同,並非是幼兒在「白天-夜晚命名作業」感到困難的原因,而真正使幼兒感到困難的,可能是「抑制能力」。
Studying three-year-old children’s difficulty on the windows task

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the explanations for 3-year-old children’s poor performance on the windows task and to analyze their ability of executing rules.
In this study, 36 children were tested one by one, and they were averagely divided into two groups:the older- than -3.6-year-old group and younger- than -3.6-year-old group. Every child participated all the four versions of tasks:the windows task, the response-given windows task, the day-night naming task and the dog-cat naming task.
This study reached following results :(1)Among 3-year-old children, the accuracy on the response-given windows task was higher than the windows task. Accordingly, young children’s difficulty of the windows task might be traced back to their inferencing ability of rule. Their performance showed significant improvement across the test session on the windows task, but not on the other three tasks. And we also found that the improvement of accuracy was mainly influenced by some children.(2) The reduced loading of the registration of the rules shouldn’t take responsibility for their poor performance on the day-night naming task, on the contrary, the difficulty might be attributed to their “inhibitory ability”.
