選舉投票是組織中重要職位及重要資源分配相當重要的方式之ㄧ，因此，本文從組織內派系(如公司派、市場派等)的立場，探討在單票制、可複記限制連記法及加權投票法的選舉投票下，如何經由最適配票策略之規劃與執行，以使我方派系在既有條件下，達到當選席次最大化之目標。在多派系競爭結構的前提下，本文提出穩健配票與臨界配票兩種不同的策略，分別探討在合格選民數已知的條件下，如何經由門檻值的推導證明以及機率的概念，以求得我方可獲得的最高席次數與若要擁有預定席次之情況下必須具備之合格選民數。

In this paper, we study how to construct an optimal votes allocation strategy within organization to maximize amount of elect for my own party under single voting system, repeatable restricted voting system and weighted voting system. On sufficient information condition for my own party, this paper proposes robust votes allocation and critical votes allocation’s thresholds and probability to demonstrate how to find out optimal votes allocation strategy and lowest votes for elect in the multiple parties’ competition campaign. Finally, we find out on insufficient information condition for other party, we provide compelling evidence that critical votes allocation is superior to robust votes allocation to win an election.
