In the age of knowledge-based economy, the environment is complex and intense. The only way is innovating continuously if Enterprise want to obtain competitive advantages. In the past, research on knowledge innovation has attracted researcher’s interests; however, there are still many unresolved issues. This study attempts to construct the model of knowledge processes capability, collaborative capability and strategic orientation to knowledge innovation and sustainable advantages.

The research body targeted at the top 1000 manufacturers companies, 500 large servicing companies, and 100 large banking companies listed by Chinese Worldwide magazine. I mail 532 copies of questionnaires, 323 effective copies are retrieved, and the effective rate of retrieve is 60.71%. And then, I use LISREL 8.0 as analysis tools.

Overall, the model fit is acceptable. This empirical result supports the relationships among the knowledge processes capability, collaborative capability, strategic orientation and knowledge innovations.

The major findings of this study are summarized as following:
1.Knowledge processes capability has a positive impact on knowledge innovation. That is, knowledge process capability, help increase knowledge innovation.
2.Collaborative capability has a positive impact on knowledge innovation. That is, the higher of degree of collaborative capability, the higher of knowledge innovation.
3.Strategic orientation has a positive impact on knowledge innovation. That means organization to pay much attention on strategic orientation, the degree of knowledge innovation were higher.
4.Lastly, knowledge innovation has a positive impact on sustainable competitive advantage. The higher degree of knowledge innovation, the organizations to keep sustainable competitive advantage more easily.

Based on the research results, research and practical implications were addressed.
