In this study,we use the numerical simulation to discuss the effect to wiper system by changing the wiper structure、wiper location and angle of inclination of windshield .The result shows that non-bone wiper system can improve the lift force and dragging force problem of the traditional wiper system efficiently at value CD and value CL!but the higher angle of inclination of windshield,the smaller improvement range.In the beginning,the analysis of Aero-Dynamic behavior of wiper proceeds by placing the wiper on the plate,but we find that the values CD and CL vary between different types of wiper system and plate when setting the wiper system above the windscreen (25 degrees inclined) of a car .Therefore,to ensure the analysis of Aero- Dynamic behavior of wiper system has to consider the angle of inclination of the windscreen seriously .In addition,referring to the value of Aero-Dynamic force of different angle of inclination of the windshield on different wiper system,finding that when angle of inclination of windscreen is over 50 degrees,the improvement range at rising and dragging force becomes smaller and smaller regardless of the location of the wiper crutch or non-crutch type .We suggest that choosing the traditional wiper system on a car which windscreen closed to 90 degrees is feasible.
