在台灣經濟發展歷程中,早期是以中小企業與大型企業並存的社會,但多集中在中小企業的經營上,而隨著時代的變遷,企業集團整合的模式已逐漸形成一股風氣,管理學家 Peter Drucker指出,近年來企業經營的重要變革,在於以合作的合夥關係為主軸而非以分散擁有的方式進行;所以可以得知,未來的企業經營模式會從分散式經營,轉變成以整合型經營模式為主。
面對新興自動化、資訊化技術以及通路結構的轉變,商業發展必將趨向連鎖化、大型化和縱向、橫向之策略結盟;整合上中下游廠商之商情資訊和資源,將是提升流通產業經營效率的重要環節。流通產業的經營環境一日瞬變,各種新興業種與業態為順應消費行為變遷而出現。
本研究以政府所推動「商業e化示範計劃」中之協同採購廠商為對象,進行供應鏈成熟度、採購活動以及企業績效之整合性關聯探討。本研究將成熟度階段分為注重功能、內部整合、外部整合和跨企業合作四個階段,採購管理活動分為適當的供應商、適當的品質、適當的時間、適當的價格和適當的數量,透過各階段的成熟度高低影響採購管理活動,成熟度越高對於採購活動有正向的影響,易達成各個採購管理活動,經由供應鏈成熟度與採購管理活動的交互作用後,對於企業績效有顯著的影響。
最後本研究驗證了協同採購的導入,對於企業績效是有顯著的影響,且對於企業的營運能力有提升的效果,能作為往後欲導入協同採購的企業的參考範例。
In the course of the economic development of Taiwan, although society has coexisted with small, medium and large-scale enterprises, in the early days there was more concentration on the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, with the changing times, the way that enterprise groups combine has become more important. Peter Drucker points out about the importance of managing change in enterprises. The core business is important but the dispersed functions cannot be ignored. The formation of a partnership of cooperation has increased in prominence in recent years. So we learn, the enterprise operation of the future will be of the dispersed type, management will involve change and rely mainly on combining types of operation.
This research looks at a purchase manufacturer in coordination with a government promotion. The target is a commercial e-demonstration project, which involved - supply within a mature chain, purchasing, the merger related discussions of the activity and the enterprise''s performance. This research is divided into, and paid attention to, function, internal maturity stage and links, and the external links. It examines four stages of cooperation of the enterprise, purchasing dividing into a proper supplier, proper quality, proper time, proper price and proper quantity of management activity. The influence of maturity level, pieces of each stage, and purchasing management activity are looked at. Purchasing activity is less high with the influence of maturity, because it is easier to reach each purchase management activity, via supply chain maturity and purchasing, after the reciprocation of management activity, there is an apparent influence on the enterprise''s performance.
This research verifies that with the insertion of coordinated purchasing, there is apparent influence on the enterprise''s performance, and the operational ability can be raised, on the basis of this reference example.
