經營模式一直是大家耳熟能詳的商業用語,但是如何突破產業特性的範疇,打造一個創新的經營模式則是大家更有興趣的焦點。本研究的目的在於蒐集商業經營模式與創新模式的相關文獻,整合出一個適用的創新經營模式之主要論述。並試圖以此提出創新經營模式之分析架構。

本研究由商業經營模式的相關文獻開始,歸納出以往的文獻主要著重於經營模式的種類與經營模式的組成要素兩個研究方向,且主要都是以電子商務為內容架構。再根據以服務創新為主的創新模式文獻,整合出一個創新經營模式的評估方法。此評估構面包括收入模式、商務策略型態、定價模式、獲利類別與三種不同的創新類型(技術創新、產品與服務創新與流程創新),藉此五種方向做延伸考量,在設計商業創新經營模式時,可由這些構面去做變化,達到創新經營模式的目的。

接著使用德菲法來探詢意見共識,也就是專家問卷調查的方式詢問不同產學背景的十位專家,要求其評估經營模式的五個構面在台灣產業界應用的可行性,是否能做為創新經營模式的分析方法。受訪者以一個七點量表來評估各個因素是否值得採用。在經過三輪問卷調查的評估後,專家間一致的共識為認可此一整合性的創新經營模式分析架構適合台灣產業採用。

透過此研究發現,創新經營模式的產生多為在原有經營模式上做變化,可藉由探討經營模式的收入模式、商務策略型態、定價模式與獲利類別,再考慮產業內的適用情況,並由此做改變,針對不同的創新類型做聚焦,比較容易開展出有用的商業創新經營模式。
Business model has been everybody's commercial term all the time , But in industry's environments, people will put more interesting on how to make business model innovation. This study will try to collect the researches of business model and innovation model, then inferred to a method for business model innovation. And attempt to propose the analysis structure of business model innovation.

This research is begun by relevant literatures of business model, sum up the kind that past literatures focus on the type of business model and key element of composition of business model, and all mainly regard e-commerce as the content structure. And then mainly according to service innovation literatures, combine out the assessment method of business model innovation. This assessment structure including revenue source model, pricing model, commerce strategy, profit sites, and three different type of innovation model (technology innovation, product and service innovation, and procedure innovation).while designing the innovated business model, can be done and changed by these structure composition.

this study use delphi-technique method to make a survey. It inquired with ten experts which in industry or academic environment, and asked them to assess feasibility that the five structure composition use in the industrial circle of Taiwan, whether can make it for the analytical method of business model innovation.

This study conclude that the business model innovation could be made from the original type of business model, by considering revenue source model, pricing model, commerce strategy, profit sites. Also , you should weigh the suitable situation in the industry , focused on different innovative types, then the business model innovation will make easily.
