品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)的第一個展開矩陣稱為品質屋(House of Quality, HOQ),品質屋將顧客的欲求及需求轉換成設計屬性,以提高顧客滿意,它提供一個架構讓所有參與者交流其對於產品的想法,進而讓顧客屬性與設計屬性可以契合,作為改良、開發產品的參考;品質屋是由顧客屬性與設計屬性,以及設計屬性與設計屬性這兩個關聯圖所構成的屬性關聯矩陣,所有的屬性關係皆列於上,所以表格不免龐大、複雜,無法一下就看出某特定屬性與其他屬性的關聯程度,必須在龐大且複雜的表格中尋找,不利於研發人員使用。
因此本研究以品質屋為基礎,運用一套顧客屬性與設計屬性的關聯性邏輯運算流程,將原本所有屬性皆列於上的兩個關聯圖,拆解成單一設計屬性與所有顧客屬性,及其他設計屬性的關聯圖,並依據關聯圖轉換成屬性向量圖,讓產品開發人員可以藉由觀察屬性向量圖,來瞭解顧客屬性與設計屬性之間的連動趨勢,進而利用向量圖做為產品設計參考之用。
本研究以實際開發的個案產品為應用對象,取得其顧客屬性與設計屬性之間的數值,再將此類資料投入本研究所建立的邏輯運算流程中,進行分析與權衡相關屬性得到屬性關聯圖,最終,將所獲得之向量圖予公司做為改良產品之依據,使得個案公司之新產品得到更高的顧客滿意度,證實本研究之方法確實可行。
The first expansion matrix of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is called the House of Quality (HOQ), HOQ transforms the customers' desire and demand into engineering characteristics (ECs), in order to improve the customers' satisfaction. It offers a structure to let all participants exchange its idea to the product and to make customer attributes CAs and ECs agree with. The result is as the reference of improving or developing the product. HOQ is the related matrix of attribute which made up from CAs-ECs and ECs-ECs related pictures. All attribute relations are all in HOQ, so the form is huge, complicated unavoidably. User can not find out the related degree between specific attribute and other attributes.
This paper is based on HOQ, use a logic operation procedure about the reference between CAs and ECs, to disassemble originally all attributes arranged in two related pictures that are had, into single design attribute and customer's attributes, and the related picture of other design attributes. And change into a vector picture of attributes according to the related picture. The products developer can be by observing the vector picture of attributes , to understand the relation between CAs and ECs, and then what utilized the vector picture to consult for the product design was used.
This paper makes the data of CAs and ECs from the case products that are developed actually. Then we put the data into the logic operation procedure that this paper sets up, and analyze relevant attributes to receive the related picture of attribute. Finally, the company uses the vector pictures as the basis of improving product. It made the new product of the case company receive higher customer satisfaction. The research method and analysis logic are feasible through company's product analysis of the case.
