摘要
本研究旨在探討教師將九年一貫低年級「科學與科技素養能力指標」應用於
教學之中，其教學實施情形，及提昇學生科學素養的層面。基於上述研究問題，
研究者以國小二年級學童，透過主題教學活動設計，融入九年一貫「科學與科技
素養能力指標」，採用探究教學模式，利用「科學素養評量表」作為評量工具，
進行為期一學年之教學研究，研究結果顯示：
一、教師瞭解低年級生活課程內容中有關「自然與生活科技領域」的能力指標，
有助於進行課程編制，以培養學生科學素養能力。
二、將「科學與科技素養能力指標」融入教學活動設計，可以有效地提升學生的
科學素養。
三、採用探究教學法讓學生經由觀察、思考、探究和實作的歷程，可達到低年級
學生科學素養能力養成的目的。
四、教學者可採用「科學素養評量」工具，協助教學者明確掌握學生科學素養能
力的表現。
文末，依本研究的發現，研究者提出相關建議，以作為低年級科學素養培養
教育及未來研究之參考。

Abstract
This study aims to discuss the teachers’ application of “Capability Index for
Scientific and Technological Literacy” in the low grade syllabuses of the Grade 1-9
Curriculum. What are the situations of such practice? Based on the design of the
syllabuses in the Grade 1-9 Curriculum what are the angles of approach that the
teachers have in cultivating and improving the science literacy for the pupils? With the
two research questions in mind the study focused on Grade 2 elementary school
pupils and through the design of thematic teaching activities the “Capability Index for
Scientific and Technological Literacy” in the Grade 1-9 Curriculum was integrated into
the teaching. Employing Inquiry Teaching Model and using “Table of Evaluation on
Science Literacy” as the evaluation tool the teaching research was held for a period of
one semester and the research results indicate the following:
1. By understanding the capability index related to “the Domain of Life Science and
Life Technology” in the content of the low grade Life Curriculum the teachers can help
the pupils to cultivate their capabilities on science literacy.
2. By integrating “Capability Index for Scientific and Technological Literacy” into the
design of teaching activities it effectively helps raise the pupils’ science literacy.
3. By employing Inquiry Teaching Model and allowing the pupils to go through the
processes of observing, thinking, inquiring and practicing helps the low grade pupils in
acquiring capabilities in science literacy.
4. The teachers could make use of “Scientific Literacy Evaluation” tools to assist them
in taking control of the pupils’ representation on their capabilities in science literacy.
Finally according to the findings of this research the author would like to submit
related suggestion as a reference for the education on the development of science
literacy in low grade and as a reference for the future studies.
