臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

在資訊科技的不斷進步之下，近年來許多的生產規劃與排程系統軟體廠商紛紛推出有先進規劃與排程系統功能等的套裝軟體，如i2廠區規劃系統軟體讓各企業來使用，使企業能夠提高自身的競爭優勢。
由於生產製造現場充滿了各種的不確定性與變動性，如何準確即時回應顧客訂單的交期，並妥善利用有限的資源，企業除了運用現有的企業資源規劃系統之外，還必須結合先進規劃與排程系統，在考量企業資源的限制下，提供可行的物料需求規劃與生產排程計畫，以滿足顧客需求及面對競爭激烈的市場。
有鑑與此，本研究將針對中科機械總廠生產機台產能規劃方面的問題(例如機台資源產能的利用並無法有效的掌握瞭解)，利用i2廠區規劃系統的概念，提出先進規劃與排程的物料規劃與產能規劃兩個模型。先對工廠的訂單做生產物料的規劃與安排，接著再針對資源產能超出負荷的機台，運用平衡堆疊的方法來調整超出的產能負荷。
最後本研究將提出的物料規劃與產能規劃模型，運用.NET的系統架構發產出一個生產規劃系統，讓中科機械總廠能夠進行顧客訂單的規劃、機台產能的平衡功能，來得到規劃人員所需的資料，作為支援決策的參考。

Machine capacity is an important factor for Manufacturing. If an order wanted to be fulfilled on time, capacity had to be satisfied. However, demand and forecast varies all of the time. Capacity and load need to calculate frequently for making right decisions. Therefore, one of the major issues addressed on this research was to develop a planning system to properly distribute the resource loading and calculate the capacity utilization rates.
This research was focused on developing a production planning and scheduling system. By applying the concepts from i2 factory planner, this system can be used to analyze the machine loading based on input orders. The analyzed results can be used to support the decision making process carried out by production managers.
