本文旨在分析及設計高氣隙型永磁式同步電動機應用於無軸封離心式泵浦，並提出永磁式同步電動機之最佳化設計流程。本文採用永磁式同步電動機結構，不僅可直接崁入泵浦機組內，同時因為定、轉子改採之工程塑膠，有抗腐蝕性的優點，但其最小厚度高達2.5mm，而導致6mm高氣隙之故，對永磁同步電動機而言，反而可降低頓轉轉矩，減小雜散損失，提高低速運轉的平穩性，並維持高效率的特性。此外，文中利用ANSOFT公司出品之電動機設計軟體RMxprt進行初步設計，並利用其參數分析及目標最佳化功能，以快速的得到一個較佳的設計尺寸及性能分析。再者，將此電動機之幾何模型代入ANSOFT公司出品之二維有限元素分析套裝軟體Max2D，完成此電動機之磁通密度分佈、頓轉轉矩、轉矩脈動、等效轉子磁通鏈、交直軸電感及無載感應電動勢分析，以驗證原型機設計值。最後，本文以5馬力(3.7 kW)、3600 rpm、氣隙6 mm、轉子10極、定子12槽之三相表面磁石式永磁同步電動機為例，並與磁路分析結果及模擬數據相互比較，驗證新樣品之分析、設計、模擬與實測數據有相當的一致性。

This thesis focuses on the analysis and design of high-gap type permanent-magnet synchronous motors for sealless centrifugal pump. Optimal design procedures for permanent-magnet synchronous motors which can be combined to pump body are proposed. Engineering plastic is adopted to stator and rotor of permanent-magnet synchronous motors to improve anti-corrosiveness. The motor design software RMxprt of ANSOFT company is used in the preliminary design. Parameter analysis and design optimization are then conducted. Finally, the flux analysis software Max2D is used to analyze characteristics of flux density distribution, cogging and pulsation torques, equivalent rotor flux linkage, direct- and quadrature-axis inductances, and no-load induced voltage of the designed motor. A prototype of three-phase surface mounted permanent-magnet synchronous motor with 3.7 kW, 3600 rpm, 6 mm gap, 10-pole rotor, 12-slot stator is developed. Close agreement between simulation and experimental results are obtained.
