臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

有鑑於國內營建業於環境污染方面的問題主要原因為未建立與未落實環境管理系統，基於此動機，本研究將營建業導入ISO 14001環境管理系統，除建立了一完整的系統外，期能藉由其持續改進的模式，提升營建業環境管理績效，降低對於環境的污染。
有鑑於此，本研究針對「ISO 14001環境管理系統－附使用指引之要求事項」以營建業為主要對象進行闡釋，並配合「ISO 14001環境管理系統－附使用指引之要求事項附錄A」、「ISO 14004環境管理系統－原則、系統及支援技術之一般指導綱要」兩項標準的內容。
此外，彙整ISO 14001各要項流程關係，分析ISO 14001中的17項管理要項，說明各要項在各個階段與其它要項的相互關係及實施流程。
最後，撰寫營建業環境管理系統之文件，以ISO 14001環境管理系統的要項要求，參考ISO 9000系列品質系統文件的需求，配合ISO 10013品質手冊發展指導綱要之條文撰寫營建業環境管理系統之文件。

The main cause of the environment pollution of construction industry is that construction industry has not set up the environmental management system； therefore, this study induces ISO 14001 environmental management system into the construction industry, not only setting up one intact system, improving the environmental management performance of construction industry in its continuously improved way, but also reducing the environment pollution.
Therefore, this study regards construction industry as main target and quotes ‘ISO 14001 Environmental management system−Requirement with guidance for use’、‘ISO 14001 Environmental management system−Requirement with guidance for use--appendix A guided to use’ , and ‘ISO 14004 Environmental Management Systems − General guidelines on principles, systems and support techniques .’
In addition, this study puts the ISO 14001 elements into a procedure relation , analyses the 17 elements, and explains the implementing procedure of each element and the relation with others.
Finally, this study takes the requests of ISO 14001 elements consults the demand for the systematic file of ISO 9000 series, cooperating with ‘ISO 10013 Guidelines for developing quality manual’ to write the file of the environmental management system of construction industry.
