將雞冠刺桐花部以甲醇浸泡後分離得到9個化合物。其中有5個erythrina alkaloids,分別為erysotrine、11β-hydroxyerythrine、11β-methoxyerythraline、8-oxoerythrinine及erythraline;2個benzoic衍生物,分別為methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate及4-hydroxybenzoic acid;1個植物固醇混合物及1個長鏈酯類2,3-dihydroxypropyl icosanoate。並經由光譜方法及2D NMR技術鑑定其結構。
其中3個化合物11β-hydroxyerythrine、4-hydroxybenzoic acid 及 methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate為雞冠刺桐花部成份研究的文獻中未曾報導過的。
Five erythrina alkaloids, including erysotrine, 11β-hydroxyerythrine, 11β-methoxyerythraline, 8-oxoerythrinine and erythraline, along with two benzoic derivatives, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate were isolated from the methanol extract of the flowers of Eeythrina crista-galli. These structures were elucidated by the spectroscopic analysis and 2D NMR techniques.
Among them, 11β-hydroxyerythrine, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate were firstly isolated from the flowers of Eeythrina crista-galli in the literature.
