本論文主要是為陸地數位電視廣播系統的射頻調諧器的研製與規範測試方式做介紹。經由預算與規劃後,採用單轉換中頻輸出架構研製;而本文調諧器乃是使用Infineon TUA6034-T之三頻段調諧IC在搭配上Infineon TDA6192 增益控制放大IC為主。現今台灣地區數位電視頻段服務在UHF Band,故本調諧器只針對UHF Band頻段來做設計,經軟體測試平台(I2C)選擇頻率控制,再將接收到的射頻信號放大並降頻到中頻(36MHz)輸出。
並且針對調諧器上的調變錯誤率(MER)、位元錯誤率(BER)以及星座圖的定義與量測方式做說明,對於其量測結果MER有著23dB、BER分別在Viterbi之前以及Read Solomon(RS)的前方跟後方有著4.7E-8、0.0 E-8、0.0 E-7,而16QAM星座圖上載波位置,並無太大差異,而產生調變錯誤和誤差,介紹相關CNS標準量測方式,分別對於64QAM以及16QAM做量測,其射頻輸入動態範圍分別為-76.3dBm和-76.3dBm、而附加白高斯雜訊干擾分別有16dB和11.5dB、多重路徑短延遲反射干擾分別為21.3dB、17.7dB、多重路徑長延遲反射干擾下也分別有17.4dB、13.3dB。
This thesis demonstrated the tuner of DVB-T system and its testing specification. By calculating the link budget, we used single to intermediate frequency structure to develop. The Infineon TUA6034-T 3 bands tuner IC was used in our tuner with Infineon TDA6192 gain control IC. Nowadays, UHF is the DVB band in Taiwan, so the tuner was designed on UHF band. I2C was used to control the frequency select. The received RF signal were amplified and descended to intermediate frequency.
The definition and testing methods of Modulation Error Ratio(MER), Bit Error Rate(BER) and constellation definition were presented in this thesis. The measurement results show that 23dB MER, 4.7E-8、0.0 E-8、0.0 E-7 before Viterbi and before and after Read Solomon(RS). The carrier location of 16QAM constellation definition is similar to produce modulation error and inaccuracy. We also introduced the testing method of CNS measurement standard over 64QMA and 16QAM. The the Dynamic Range of RF Input respectively are -76.3dBm and -76.3dBm and additional White Gaussian Noise(AWGN) are 16dB and 11.5dB. Multi-path performance with short delay echoes are 21.3dB and 17.7dB. Multi-path performance with long delay echoes are 17.4dB and 13.3dB.
