在全球激烈競爭的環境中,企業的決策不再只是謀求獨立個體的利益,而是尋求供應鏈全體成員利益的最大化。買方與賣方透過及時化採購(Just-in-time Purchasing)技術,精確地將產品的生產與運送活動緊密連結在一起,達到同步化物流的運籌系統。供應鏈系統中的管理者必須規劃出具有協調機制的採購、生產與運輸貨品策略,並且透過長期採購合約,買賣雙方密切合作,約定賣方少量多頻率的運送高品質產品給買方,來縮短買方的前置時間與降低彼此的存貨水準,進而使得整體供應鏈的總聯合成本最小化。
本研究建構在及時化採購技術下,考慮單項產品、單一買方與單一賣方的系統;以最小買賣雙方整合總成本為目標,透過計量模式的建構,探討運費歸屬情形下的運送次數與運送批量數,以及供應商最佳生產批量與零售商最佳採購批量。最後,用數值範例加以說明,並且透過敏感度分析來了解各參數間對成本模式的影響。
In the environment of global keen competition, the decisions of enterprises are not only interests of seeking the independent individual again, but seek to the maximization of all members’interests of the supply chain. Through just-in-time purchasing (JIT purchasing), the buyer and supplier integrate the purchasing, manufacturing, and delivery activities to reach synchronous logistics. The logistics managers must determine the symphonious policies of purchasing, product and transportation, and through the long purchasing contract to transport the high-quality products from supplier to buyer, and shorten leading time of buyer and reduce mutual stock level at a minimum total joint cost.
This research conducted on JIT purchasing in which a single buyer and a single supplier of a product system. To reach the goal of minimum total joint cost, build the mathematics way to think the number of transportation and lot-splitting under the transportation cost belong to. Finally, we adapted numerical examples to explain the results and use the sensitivity analysis to verify the effects of model parameters on cost model.
