The effects of innovation milieu, knowledge spillover, and industrial cluster on competitive advantage of science industry park’s firms
ABSTRACT
Long since, the researcher who were towards area development of economy survey at Taiwan, most begird economic activities, society, politics, management mode for topic with layout, not yet research as endogenous growth of view towards cluster in economic activities, make affect cluster region tacit factor often be ignored, therefore, this research by the scholars more are partial to in knowledge abroad, innovation and learning for tacit topic to inquire into industrial cluster phenomenon, let industrial cluster domain's research is able to broader and nimble.
This research as innovation milieu, knowledge spillover, industrial cluster and competitive advantage four dimension to survey manufacturer in cluster region, how to through by innovate activity and knowledge growth construct rise competition advantage to long process. This research as Hsinchu region, Taichung region and Tainan region three sciences industry park for research object, practically enter and be stationed in manufacturer come to 544 in September of 2005, each manufacturer sendses a questionary , come to 544 questionarys, callbacks 118, deduct of no avail questionary 3, effective questionary counts 115, effective callback rate for 21%. Callback questionary as exploration factor analysis, variance analysis, multiple-regression analysis, canonical correlation analysis and linear structural relations (LISREL) proceeds statistic analysis, acquire conclusion as follow (1)Innovate milieu's characteristic more conspicuous then towards industrial cluster form and develop have just to affection. (2)Knowledge spillover effect more conspicuous then towards industrial cluster form and develop have just to affection. (3)Innovation milieu's characteristic more strong then can tender affection manufacturer compete preponderant construct.(4)Knowledge spillover effect more conspicuous then towards manufacturer's competition advantage educate more have just to affection.(5)Innovate milieu possess alternant relevance with knowledge outside.(6)Industrial cluster towards manufacturer competition advantage construct possess just to affection.
