臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的是探討呼吸照護病房病患家屬需求及其滿意度。採描述相關性研究，以方便取樣方法，選取東部六家醫院之呼吸照護病房病患之家屬為研究對象，研究工具為結構式問卷量表，包括需求重要性及其滿意度，各量表之內在一致性Cronbach’s α分別為0.91、0.98。收案時間自民國95年03月至民國95年05月，共收集有效問卷70份，所得資料以SPSS 12.0進行統計分析。研究結果發現：
（1）家屬在需求重要性四大構面排序以「醫護照顧」最高，得分為4.58（總分為5）；以「心理社會支持」最低，得分為4.10（總分為5）。家屬對滿意度四大構面排序以「醫護照顧」最高，得分為4.10（總分為5）；以「心理社會支持」得分為3.86（總分為5）最低。
（2）家屬在探訪路程其「心理社會支持」滿意度呈顯著差異（p<.05）。
（3）「病況相關」需求重要性與滿意度其兩者之間呈現一致性（r=.397，p<0.01），「醫護照顧」需求重要性與滿意度兩者之間呈現一致性（r=.422， p<0.01），「心理社會支持」需求重要性與滿意度其兩者之間呈現一致性（r=.466， p<0.01），「環境相關」重要性與滿意度其兩者之間呈現一致性（r=.536， p<0.01），「整體需求」重要性與滿意度其兩者之間呈現一致性（r=.489，p<0.01）。
本研究結果可提供醫護人員在病患及家屬照顧策略之擬定及護理人員教育訓練一個重要參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine the family needs and satisfactions of ventilation dependent patient. This study is a description-relational design using an interview questionnaire. Subjects were selected by convenient sampling from the family of patient who were treated in six hospital in Eastern Taiwan for respiratory care ward. The structured questionnaire was developed including two dimensions, family needs important and satisfactions. Internal consistency reliability Cronbach,s α was .91 and .98, respectively. During the period of time from March 2006 to May 2006, the total number of family needs important and satisfactions respondents were 70 .
The data was analyzed by descriptive ststistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation. Results showed that：In the four leading important family needs“medical care”important ranked the first, The mean score for the four categories was 4.58(out of a total of 5 points), In the four leading important family needs“psychosocial support”important ranked the lowest , The mean score for the four categories was 4.14(out of a total of 5 points). In the four leading family needs“medical care”satisfactions ranked the first , The mean score for the four categories was 4.10(out of a total of 5 points), In the four leading family needs“psychcosocial support”satisfactions ranked the lowest , The mean score for the four categories was 3.86(out of a total of 5 points). Psychcosocial support of family satisfactions revealed significant differences in visit route(p<.05). Family needs important with one accord satisfactions of“Relevant information on the patient”(r=.397，p<.01), family needs important with one accord satisfactions of“medical care”(r=.422，p<.01), family needs important with one accord satisfactions of“psychosocial support”(r=.466，p<.01), family needs important with one accord satisfactions of“Relevant environment on the hospital”(r=.536，p<.01). Family needs important with one accord satisfactions of“Relevant total needs”(r=.489，p<.01). Results of the study provide suggestions for medical member of the nursing in planning strategy for patient and family and nursing education .
