鑑於國內嬰幼兒情緒與行為問題評量工具甚為缺乏,因此本研究目的旨在編製供幼稚園與托兒所教保人員篩檢使用之「幼兒情緒與行為問題檢核表」。研究者以自編之檢核表於台中市進行分層隨機取樣,研究對象為就讀幼托園所之二至六歲幼兒539位。對回收後的檢核資料進行項目分析與因素分析,將不適當的題項刪改後,建立信度與效度,完成正式版本之「幼兒情緒與行為問題檢核表」,主要研究結果如下。
「幼兒情緒與行為問題檢核表」共計65題,其架構由「內隱性問題」、「外顯性問題」及「其他」三量表構成總量表。「內隱性問題」下又分「焦慮」、「退縮」、「情緒反應」與「身心症狀」四個向度,「外顯性問題」則分「注意/過動」與「攻擊/違抗」兩個向度。總量表、分量表與各向度之內部一致性信度α值在.72-.96之間。內容效度經由參考國外相關測驗工具、幼兒發展心理學及專家評鑑建立,建構效度則以因素分析建立,因素分析的結果抽取出八個因素與兩個高階的綜合性因素,八個因素共可解釋58.372%的結構變異量。不同年齡組研究樣本在「外顯性問題」得分上有顯著差異;性別方面,男童在總量表、「外顯性問題」與「內隱性問題」得分顯著高於女童。
依據研究結果,本研究針對「幼兒情緒與行為問題檢核表」之實務運用及未來研究方向提出具體之建議。
The purpose of this study was to develop teacher and caregiver version of screening Emotional and Behavioral Problems Checklist for Young Children. The subject of this study samples were 539 young children (aged 2-6 yrs) learning in kindergartens or day-care centers in Taichung. Data used items analysis and factor analysis to delete some inadequate items, and established reliabilities and validities. The following were the results of this study.
Emotional and Behavioral Problems Checklist for Young Children has 65 items. It is composed of three scales, Externalizing Problems, Internalizing Problems, and Others. Internalizing Problems include
Anxious, Withdrawn, Emotionally Reactive and Psychosomatic Symptoms, and Externalizing Problems include Attention-Hyperactivity and Aggressive-Defiant. The coefficient of internal consistency of Total Scale and dimensions (Cronbach α) are .71~.96. Content validity was established by the use of experts and explorations of documents. Construct validity was established by factor analysis. Factor analysis yielded 8 factors and 2 higher-order factors, and the total variance explained was 58.372%.There were significant differences between different age groups in Externalizing problems. Boys were rated by higher on Total Scale, Externalizing problems and Internalizing Problems than girls.
According to the results, this study suggests the practical use of Emotional and Behavioral Problems Checklist for Young Children and recommends for future research.
